"Imma be gone till next month- my job is making me travel to Texas to help the people in the flood."
"Okay... so when are you leaving?"
"In a hour... why?"she says looking at Kiara like she's crazy.
" I was just wondering"
"Well you know we have some new neighbors- they just moved across the street"
"Okay"
"I made some cookies- take it to them and tell them -welcome the neighborhood"
"Do I have to mom?"
"YES"
I could tell she was getting angry so I just walked to my room and put on my shoes.
I rang the door bell.
"Hello we are your neighbors- I just wanted to say welcome to the neighborhood!"
"Well thank you! I'm Ms. Johnson and I have 2 kids they are twins- one boy and one girl! They will be going to Conway High School"
"Umm... I go to that school" I said
"Well would you like to meet my kids?"
"Sure!"
" Ari and Artist" Ms. Johnson yelled.
"Yes mom" they said as they were running down the steps
"This is Kiara, and she lives across the street- she goes to the school as you too!"
