Pennywise comes to Stockton

Chapter Eight

Ethan puts his phone back in his pocket, grabs his bag and blazer and walks back towards were he last saw grace. He pauses and takes a look around him trying to figure out where she could've got to.

Suddenly pennywise re appears. "What are looking for Ethan." He asks in a giggle.
"Listen mate." Ethan says in a low angry town. "I ain't in the mood to talk to any clown so piss off!" Ethan ignores the clown and carries on walking. A twig snapped in the trees to his left. He looked over and began to slowly walk towards the noise.
"Grace, is that you??" He asks as he looks further into the trees.

Graces bruised and clawed figure starts to limp out of the bushes.
"Ethan, please help me." She stutters.
Ethan drops his blazer and runs to grace. "Jess Christ!!" He says. "What did he do to you??"
" I was trapped in a room and got attacked and I blacked out and woke up in those trees there." She tries her best to explain in a croaky voice.
"Listen to me, it's going to be okay, we're gonna get out of this find the others and go to the police, there the only ones who can help us now." He tries to lift her up but she won't budge.

"I'm sorry Ethan, I can't, I'm to weak. I can't go anymore, just leave me." She asks him in the calmest way she can.
"There is no way I'm leaving you here, come on stay with me." He tries to reasure her whilst his eyes began to water.
"Tell the others that I'll miss them..."

Grace slowly closed her eyes and her breathing gradually stopped. Ethan stood up wiping his eyes, he turned to penny wise with a stern glare.
"You're gonna pay for what you did." He had never been so angry in his life up until this moment.
"I'd run to your friends if I were you, try and help them unlike you could with Grace, bye." And with that the clown disappeared.

He looks at Graces body and lays his blazer over it.
"I'm so sorry, but that clown is gonna pay for what he's done, stay happy up there." He turns around and runs towards a taxi and tells him to head to lydias house at top speed. There was no way that clown was gonna do anymore damage....
