One Word, Two Meanings, Love

Love.

           Love is one word, four letters and has two meanings.  There is genuine love that is so scarce, it's literally a myth to the greater population of the world, only (at most) 2% of everyone experiences it.  Then there's love. What 98% of the population (or "gen pop") experiences. The type of love that Gen. Pop. Experiences is like a false idol next to real love. Its a word used to describe thousands of feelings and desires that people have.  Of the most common being "lack of loneliness". You find someone who you can express thoughts to and share ideas without the fear of being criticized or made fun of.  Someone you can relate to or who thinks like you do.  This is the type of love that 99.9% of people under the age of 25 feel.  And what 97.9% of people over 25 feel.  To know what kind of love you experienced just think.  You find someone who you feel is your soul mate and you can't live without. You would die for them.  But then you grow apart.  Break up.  Hate each other.  That's fake love.  To love someone really, is become that person.  There's a reason for all the sayings. Love is eternal, love wins, love breaks all curses, love is the goal, love is the cure, love is the key to happiness.  Love lasts a life time and then on after. When you truly love a person it isn't just while you're together. After you argue, leave break up or fight.  You still love them.  You can be broken up and " moved on" for 10 years.  Married and have kids and you will catch your self thinking. What if.  What could have been.  You wake up thinking of them. Fall asleep thinking of them.  You always love them.  Fake love ends with a relationship. True love never ends.   I only hope that I can be apart of that 2% of people.
