Chapter 8

Hayliegh POV
A couple of months later (sorry for the time jump)
The tour ended. Taylor and Carsyn are dating and have been for about a month now. As for me and Ethan, we have been having some troubles lately. We fight over the littlest things. I'm starting to think I need a break from mine and Ethan's relationship, so I'm going to go talk to him today and see what he wants to do. Every talk ends up with us arguing, and Grayson stepping in to stop it. Carsyn and I are in our home town, right now, packing up our stuff to move to LA for college at UCLA. We have our own apartment. Thank the lord Jesus. I won't have to spend all of my time with Ethan. Honestly, I think that's why we are fighting so much. Ethan is at a hotel in town right now with Taylor because we are driving to LA. Since they know their way around, we are riding together. I think that I am going to message Ethan to meet with me at Starbucks.

Ethan's POV
Hayleigh and I have been fighting a lot, and I don't want us to break up. I'm beginning to think that we need some alone time. We have been with each other nonstop for the past 2 months. About the time I was going to send Hayleigh a message, she sent me one.

I'm really scared she's gonna end things but it might be what we need. Its been 10 minutes. I see Hayleigh pull up and I'm even more terrified now that she is gonna end it between us. When she walked in, she had a smile on her face. I haven't seen that smile since our first fight which was because a fan kissed me but I could see her point once a fan kissed her a couple of days later. That's why I think she is breaking up with me today.

Hayleigh and I talked for about an hour and decided that we aren't going to break up since we are both living out in LA and have our own space. We agreed that not seeing each other every day will benefit us, which makes me happy because I truly think she's my soul mate. When I see her smile, I smile. When she touches my hand, I feel sparks that I have never felt with anyone else. I think she feels the sparks too, but I'm not sure.

Hayleigh POV

When I got to Starbucks, I was happy to see Ethan. We haven't really talked in like 3 days. I had been spending time and having fun with my friends and family since we leave tomorrow to head to LA. Ethan and I talked for a couple of hours. We left with a really good solution to what we think is causing us to fight all the time. We won't be spending all of our time together like we were which could do us some good. At least I really hope it does. I really think Ethan is my soul mate because every time we touch I feel a spark that I have never felt with anyone else. It makes me happy that we were able to talk and compromise about our issues today without Grayson having to step in since he wasn't there. When I got home the U-Haul had just gotten there so Carsyn and the rest of the family was packing as much as they could. They were happy to be getting rid of us, just kidding they were happy we had full ride scholarships to college.

Little did I know at the time, my life was gonna be turn upside down and spun around till I was sick enough to be able to say im dying cause that how it felt. I thought things are suppose to get easier the older you get but I think they just say that so we aren't scared of growing up because this is not what I except life to turn out as.

Just little did we know the event that happen the next couple of days will change everyone's future within the matter of a couple of months. lets just say these events are not what anyone wants to happen especially when your scholarship is for cheerleading.
