Sasuke and Reader: Big Brother

After you just barely survived the Uchiha Massacre, your big brother Sasuke vowed to protect you from harm's way no matter the cost.

"Big brother, I'm tired. Where are you?" Your voice echoed through the nearly empty streets of Konoha at 11pm. Well, except for the drunks who were out at this hour. After skipping past a bar to where Sasuke usually trained with his sensei, you felt a tug on your shoulder.

"Hey little one, what're you doing out so late?" He slurred his words. He looked dishouveled and had a thick stubble.

"I-I'm looking for my big brother." Frantically, you tried to escape the drunk man's grip, only to have him pull you closer to his chest. He smelled of alcohol and garbage.

"Don't go so soon.." He put his face close to yours. There wasn't much a delecate 10 year old academy student like yourself could do when a heavy set man wouldn't allow you to escape his grip. You screamed and tears began to roll down your trembling face.

"Hey! What the hell do you think you're doing to my little sister?" Sasuke had come to rescue you like you knew he would. The older Uchiha lunged forward with a fist clinched and punched the drunk man in his gut. He grunted in pain and stumbled onto the dirt. You quickly ran to Sasuke and grabbed his sleeve.

"Are you alright, (y/n)? Did he hurt you? Stay back, alright." He gave you a quick worrysome glace and then focused his attention back at the man. You noticed his Sharingan had been activated. The old man got back up and lunged at Sasuke with a pocket knife.

"He's not a ninja. His moves are sloppy and uncoordinated. I can take him down quickly." Sasuke quickly pulled you out of the way of the rusty knife and kicked the man in his ribs.

"Damn kid! I was just having a little fun.." He smirked at you causing you to nuzzle your head into your big brother's back.

"She's 10! What the hell is wrong with you?" Sasuke threw a punch in the man's face, breaking his nose. He ran off into an alley quickly mumbling something about fun and his nose.

"Thank you big brother!" You gave Sasuke a tight hug and he hugged you back.

"I promised I'd protect you, (y/n). You're my little sister. My only family. I love you." He kissed the top of your head.

"I love you, too, but I'm tired. Can we go home?" Sasuke smiled warmly at you and tapped your forehead with his pointer and middle finger.

"Let's go."
