Cheese Cupcakes Making

Signe's POV
I closed the door behind me as I enter the house.Sean's probably recording in his room.

I went to the kitchen to put all the groceries that I bought.Today I feel like baking so I'm gonna be baking is cheese cupcakes.

Once all the ingredients are on the table.I went to get the mixing bowls,whisk,wooden spoon,measuring cups and spoons and the muffin pans.I also preheated the oven to 350°F.

"Let's see first set.1/2 cup butter."I read at the recipe book.I took out the butter and cut it into two and put them on the mixing bowl.

"Next 3/4 cup sugar."I measured the sugar using the measuring cup and put it on the bowl.

"Hi mommy."I turned around to see my little girl Sandra."Oh hello sweetie."I say and smiled at her.

"Mommy can I help you with whatever you're doing?"Sandra says.

"But are you done with your homeworks?"I say. She nods.

"Alright.But don't tell daddy we're making cheese cupcakes."I say.She nods again.

"Lastly for the first set two eggs."I cracked the eggs on the bowl.I grabbed the wooden spoon and started mixing the first set.

"Sweetie do you wanna mix the first set?"I say to Sandra.

"Yes!"She says as she grabs the wooden spoon."Now sweetie this is how you mix."I guided her hand to show her how mix.

"You got that sweetie?"I say.She nods and started mixing the first set.

Now time to make the second set of the recipe.

"Sandra can you keep mixing while I make the second set?"I say.

"Yes mommy."Sandra says.She continued mixing it.

"2 cups all purpose flour."I opened the box of flour and measured it using the measuring cups.

I put the 2 cups of flour in another measuring bowl."Mommy I'm done mixing."Sandra says.

"Well let me see."I looked at the first set to see all smooth.She's right she is done mixing.

Now what's next.I looked at the recipe book."1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder."I grabbed the baking soda and powder and measured it 1 teaspoon each.

"Sandra put these in the mixing bowl with the flour."I say and gave her thr teaspoons with baking soda and powder.

Sandra puts it in the mixing bowl with the flour."Lastly for the second set.A half teaspoon of salt."I measured half of the salt in the teaspoon and put it in the mixing bowl.

"Sandra mix it again."I gave her a whisk as she started mixing the second set.

Lastly we need to make the third set of the recipe before we're done."1 cup evaporated milk."I opened the can of evaporated milk and measured it 1 cup and poured it in another mixing bowl.

"1 cup condensed milk."I opened the can of condensed milk and measured it 1 cup.

"Baby pour this into the mixing bowl."I gave the measuring cup to Sandra as she pours the condensed milk into the mixing bowl.

"A half teaspoon of vanilla extract."I grabbed the teaspon and measured the vanilla extract.

Once that's done I poured it in the mixing bowl."And lastly a box of cheese that is grated."I grabbed the cheese and grated it using a grater.

I put the grated cheese in the mixing bowl.I gave Sandra a whisk for her to use to mix.

"Baby can you put the flour mixture in the butter mixture?"I say.

"Yes mommy."Sandra says as she grabbed the mixing bowl with the flour and poured it at the butter mixture.

"Baby now mix."I gave her a wooden spoon as she started mixing."This is fun!"she says.I smiled at her.

"Sweetie stop mixing.Imma just pour the 3rd mixture."I say as Sandra stops mixing.

I poured the milk mixture and told Sandra to mix again until the mixture was good enough.

"Very good at mixing sweetie.I'm so proud of you."I say and patted her head.Sandra blushed at me.

Next I grabbed the cupcake liners and placed them in the muffin pans.Then I put the batter half and put on my gloves that I use for baking.

"Mommy I wanna put it in the oven."Sandra says.

"Sweetie you can't put it in the ovenmBecause it's hot and what happens when we touch hot objects?"I say.

"We get hurt."Sandra says and pouts."Hey at least you can eat the first batch."I say as she smiles.

I put on the cupcake mixture in the oven and closed it.

I removed my gloves and sat down on a chair."Mommy is the cupcakes ready?!"Sandra says with excitement in her voice.

"Not yet sweetie we have to wait for 30 minutes for the cupcakes to be done."I say.Sandra pouts at me.

"I know let's color on your coloring book while we wait for the cupcakes."I say and smiled at her.

"I like that!"she says.I stood up and grabbed hwr coloring book and crayons as we started coloring together.

~After 30 minutes~

I put on my gloves to get the cupcakes out from the oven.

I put the muffin pans on the table while they were cooling off.

"Mommy is the cupcakes ready?"Sandra says."Yes princess the cheese cupcakes are now ready."I said just to see Sandra jump from excitement.

I grabbed a plate and placed all the cupcakes in the plate."Mmm..mommy they smell good."daddy starts smelling the cupcakes.

I smiled at her and picked two cupcakes for us to taste.I gave one cupcake to Sandra.

Sandra starts eating the cupcake."We sweetie how is it?"I say.

Sandra smiled at me."It's good."Sandra says.I also tasted the cupcake. Wow she's right it taste good.

I gave the plate to Sandra."Now Sandra.Let's give this to daddy.I'm sure he'll like it."I say.

We went upstairs to Sean's recording room.

Sean's POV
I finished recording some videos on YouTube.I was about to go downstairs until I heard a knock on the door.

I opened it to reveal Signe and Sandra holding a plate full of cupcakes.

"Hey Sandra and Signe."I say and kissed both of their foreheads."Where did the cupcakes come from?"I questioned them.

The two girls just smiled at me."Sean me and Sandra made cheese cupcakes and we made some for you."Signe says as Sandra smiles.

I smiled at her.I took a cupcake and took a bite.Wow they're good."Signe this is so good."I say.

Signe patted Sandra's head."Actually Sandra helped me."she says.

"Is that true princess?"I questioned her."Yes daddy.I mixed the batter mommy made."Sandra says.

"I'm so proud of you sweetie.You helped your mommy baked these cupcakes."I say and kissed her.

We sat down at some chairs in my recording room and ate the remaining cheese cupcakes my two favorite girls made.

Fun fact about the chapter:
In our  baking class we actually made cheese cupcakes.So I decided to make this chapter base on our performance in our baking class
