Mistakes

On my way home I decide that I'm not going to tell anyone about the Damian kissy thing. It would just be too awkward. I group text my friends and tell them how I met Damian at the park and found out he was a vampire, but I skipped the romantic stuff. Like I said they don't need to know. They were all surprised even though Cylus claimed he knew it all along. I told him he was a horrible liar and that I was gonna go to bed now. I turned my phone off put it on the charger and drifted off into sleep.

When I'm getting ready for school the next day I get a text. It's from an unknown number. It reads, Britney's dying you need to heal her. It must be Stella, I text back, Why would I heal her? After everything she's done to me? I pickup my backpack as I hear another beep. I pick up my phone and see that I got another text from Stella. It reads, Your better than her, if you heal her you just proving that. My phone beeps again with another text, Meet me by the old bridge, please. I shut my phone off as I think, yeah right.

When I reach the old bridge I see that they're there, under the bridge. I vamp down there and see the look of relief on their faces. I stand in front of Britney and say, "You really thought I was going to heal you?" I pause, "How pathetic" I vamp away and I can hear as Britney and Stella start to cry as they say their goodbyes.

When Britney is done drinking the bit of my blood I vamp away not looking back. Get into my car and go to school.
