Lauren's POV
I woke up at around eight in the morning, and went downstairs to shower noticing an middle aged, bald guy sat fixing it in the bathroom. He wore a plain white polo shirt with his company printed on the front and beige, weird looking canvas trousers with a work belt on. He started drilling away at the shower and I sighed as I walk around the house and sat with Bentley, our poodle dog, who was laid on his chair.
Suddenly, I heard some dripping sounds coming from the bathroom and I rushed back noticing the shower had been fixed.
I now only had half an hour to get ready for meeting George in Costa, but thank god the showers working... I undressed and had quite a quick shower before getting into a black skater skirt, tan coloured tights, a white vest top and black thin cardigan. After all, it was the summer...
I brushed my hair and left it naturally straight before brushing my teeth. I soon packed some money and took my phone off charge, placing it in my Paul's Boutique bag before heading off to Costa.
I ordered a cup of tea, seeing as though I hate the taste of coffee, even though I am in the UK's well known coffee shop. Every sinus was blocked by the bitter aroma of the varieties of hot drinks and the chocolate cakes, which were calling my name.
I paid the man at the till for the tea and a slice of cake before sitting at an empty table. I stirred some sweetener in my tea and let it cool.
Soon, the bell for the door rang meaning somebody had just entered and I looked up to see a tall, curly haired guy stood there, who when he approached, I realised was George. He came and sat next to me, once he had ordered and got his coffee.
"Hi, Lauren. It's great seeing you again..." He smiled at me, keeping his hands around the warm, enclosed cup.
"Hey, Georgey Porgey." I giggled and he joined in.
"Listen, I've got to go in a minute because I am doing a concert with the boys in Stratford shopping centre... We'll chat again soon though, i promise." He smiled, moving his hands slightly towards mine.
"Sure." I replied, broken-hearted.
I soon felt myself crying and George hugged me tightly.
"Lauren, bub, don't cry. I'm really sorry. I would stay with you for longer but I can't. I need to perfect my vocals ready for the concert and get my clothes, hair, aftershave, everything sorted... It's not as simple as people imagine them to be..." He assured me, still hugging me. I never wanted to let go.
"Nah, it's fine. I understand. Listen, go and have fun...Make your Jcats proud and your girlfriend, if you have one..." I smiled at him.
He finished his coffee quickly and smiled back, moving slightly closer to me until our lips touched. The kiss turned more passionate and soon we parted. His breath tasted of coffee, though I didn't complain. We hugged again and he left. I got my phone out noticing a text from George, he must have texted me before he came here...
It read,'Hey Loz. Remember you're meeting me in Costa in 5 mins... Thanks x.'
I walked out of Costa and got physically attacked by about 5 girls, who I presumed were Jcats who were stood outside Costa, waiting for me to leave and pounce on me like tigers.
The next thing I knew, was blood and blackness
