I was at Aunt KD's house so I can finally talk to Leah. I know I was wrong for ignoring her but I needed to get my head straight and let everything sink through. I can't lie and say it didn't hurt me when I found out she was pregnant and didn't tell me. At first I ain't think it was mine since she got together with that light skin nigga but after her telling me how far along she was I knew for a fact it was mine.
I ain't proud that I was fucking around while being with Aaliyah but shit happens. I have yet to tell her for the simple fact that I wanted all the details from Leah first.
Walking into her room I seen her packing her shit.
"Where you going?" I asked causing her to jump
"Atlanta" She said dryly going back to do what she was doing
"Fuck you going to Atlanta for? Leah please tell me yo ass ain't tryna leave the fucking state with my fucking kid " I said calmly trying not to blow up
"Now you care? You avoided me for 2 months JR. Ever since you left that day I ain't hear shit from you."
"I needed some time to think man. You can't expect me to just sit here and take all this in G. I was lost confused and hurt. Like you're suppose to be my best friend and you kept this shit from me G."
"I understand that JR but damn don't you think it's hard on me? I'm pregnant by my best friend who has a whole girl friend G. I stooped low as fuck JR. I found out four days before I turned myself in. I was scared and shocked. I didn't know what to do or who to tell. I was scared of your reaction. Scared that you'll tell me it ain't yo baby and leave or resent me for basically trapping you" She said as tears began to fall.
I walked to her pulling her in a hug letting her cry on my chest. I love this girl to death and the last thing I want is to hurt her that way I did.
"I'm sorry Leah. I guess I just thought you was tryna hide it from me. I'm sorry ight. I love you kid. I ain't going no where. I'm take care of the baby. You know what you having?"
"A boy" She smiled rubbing her belly.
I smiled placing my hand on her stomach as well.
I felt some kick making me jump causing Leah to laugh
"He kicked" She grabbed my hand placing my hand back on her stomach
"Damn we really having a baby" I laughed
"Yup. So now that we cool I need you to be cool with Kareem. I really like him and if we last then he's going to be around him so I want you to be comfortable with it" She said
"If you really happy with him then Ight I'll talk to him and get to know him. I still gotta tell Aaliyah" I sighed taking a seat on the bed
"You had 2 whole months though" She said taking a seat next to me
