**steamy scene ahead**
The battle was near impossible to follow while my vision was gone. This man...He spun me around while he fought our enemies as if he and I were dancing in an elegant ball room. At one point he took hold of my hand and twirled me in a circle as he hummed. I listened to the grunts and yelps of pain from the wolves that tried to attack us didn't even seem to get anywhere near us.
Damien's arm circled around the small of my back and pulled me closer against his form as he moved us about gracefully. I felt relaxed and safe in his arms and simply allowed him to move me as though I was just another limb for him to move. Once the battle was won we stood motionless for several moments, my body pressed against his. My nose planted against his collarbone and I could smell his pulse and taste his essence.... was this man a Demon too?
"Thank you for the lovely waltz, My dear" His thick British accent spoke gently as his lips grazed against my ear, The moisture of his voice sending my heart a flutter "You're quite the elegant dancer..." His voice rumbled low, rattling my eardrums and shaking me to my core.
I felt his hand snake up my side and his thumb gently skimmed along the side of my breast until he touched my neck and I winced in pain. My eyes squinting shut more than they already where... dammit I wanted to see his face!
"It appears I didn't quite do my job protecting you, My dear... It appears that knife has nicked you... are you alright?" His soothing voice spoke as I felt heat radiate from his palm and the pain in my neck began to fade.
Had he just healed me?
"I am alright now... Thank you....I... I cannot see...." I winced as I opened my eyes and was met with an agonizing pain as the air burned my eyes even more.
My body tensed as his hands caught my face and he cradled my head in his hands and I drew in a shaky breath as I felt his warm sweet breath brushing along my lips.. no... he wasn't....was he? I tried to lean back away from him in fear that my body might take his energy against mine and his will because I was so weak... I couldn't... it was against the law... Demons were not meant to...
"Easy, My dear....easy...." His voice spoke against my lips, our flesh brushing against each other slightly "Let me..." His voice grumbled low in almost a moan..
Perhaps that moan was my own....
When I finally submitted to his advances and our lips connected I inhaled sharply as the energy surged into my body, it wasnt like how it was when I drew my prey's energy with a kiss... he was PUSHING his energy into me... He was an incubus?! Why? why was he willing to break the demon laws to heal me?
And yes... the kiss... Oh Goddess the kiss...
There was a growl that escaped his lips as his hands moved to the back of my neck, drawing me into the kiss as I felt his other hand move down my spine and tug my hips closer against his body. The pleasure of the kiss sending shivers down my spine as he stepped forward, pushing me back until we were stumbling backwards into the hard rough bark of an oak tree. I gasped out as my eyes fluttered opened and for the first time since I'd gotten the onyx in my eyes I was blinded once again... but this time by the beautiful being that currently had my body pinned against the tree. His golden eyes staring directly into mine and at first I saw the desire in his eyes but the moment our eyes locked something strange happened... I sensed defeat in his aura as his face softened and his eyes closed. The simple kiss turning into something much... MUCH more complicated.
His hand which cradled my neck drove into my thick brown curls and his leg pushed between mine to separate my hips. No longer was he feeding me his energy but simply kissing me... there was absolutely nothing simple about this....Goddess....
His free hand pressed up under my shirt, fingertips running along my smooth stomach and up towards my breasts as his lips trailed along my lips and down towards my neck. I trembled with need as his knee lifted up abit and rubbed against my womanhood and I gasped out with desire..
Dear Goddess... He was going to be the death of me!
