Back then I couldn't really fill my dad's shoes, or his jacket, or anything of his really. That didn't stop me from trying though. I would wear his jacket everywhere, to the grocery store, the mall, even the Whyte Wyrm. That's where I met the only person who has been through my entire life with me.

Attending meetings with my father was a usual thing, he'd let me wear his jacket so I "fit in" even if the jacket dragged on the ground. He didn't really care, he wanted me to be happy and for some reason wearing that jacket made me happy.

That meeting was different however, that was the first meeting after J.D. died. Before that meeting, My dad let me talk as if I were changing things in the Whyte Wyrm, and for a while I really was I wanted them to change drinks from 'whatever that icky stuff is' to apple juice, and no more 'Icky black crumbs' instead animal crackers. I was a tyrant until she came along.

This little girl wore J.D.'s jacket and followed F.P. around as if she were his next in command. That little girl was the only one to question my authority, the one person I would eventually have to share my throne with, Virginia Fae or as I liked to call her Virgil. By share the throne however I mean she ripped my throne out from underneath me and sat on top of me. Her nickname Virgil came from a small 6-year-old me mishearing her name and just rolling with it, which is probably the reason she tried my power in the first place. Virgil slowly became known as Queenie probably because she's bossier than me, and because she's the Queen of Hearts she can get any man's heart she wants.

Initially I hated Virgil, but slowly we began to share our power over the Serpents making us the most powerful 6-year-olds on the Southside. As we got older the title Virginia and Carter slowly morphed into Queenie and Joker, and we still rule over the Serpents below F.P. and Mustang. Together however even F.P and Mustang fear us.

Real Quick: HAROLD THEY'RE LESBIANS!

The picture above is how I picture Joker.

I'm only writing this from Joker's Point of View so if you want to read Queenies, or get all the facts once they split slightly go read The Girl in the Serpent Jacket by HannahMHollaway!

We chose the theme song from the Golden Girls, because this describes Joker and Queenies friendship when they were little, so this song felt like the best choice!
