"MAY SAKIT ka pa yata, Red. You don't know what you're talking about." Yui slightly pushed Red away but the man wasn't letting her go.

"Alam ko ang pinagsasasabi ko, Yui."

"One night stand lang ang nangyari sa atin, Red. Wala nang iba. And how could you easily say such a thing? May girlfriend kang tao. Ang dami mo naman yatang mahal?"

Kumunot ang noo nito. "What are you talking about?"

"That girl at your villa is the one you were kissing in the hotel."

"So nakita mo 'yon?"

"Hindi totoong hindi ako bumalik sa hotel room. At ako nga yung nakita mo at hinabol sa elevator."

"Then why did you ran away?"

"How could I go back? When you were kissing somebody else?" Naaalala pa niya ang tagpong iyon. It was the first time she felt so hurt because of him. "I want to know the score between us kaya ako bumalik. Pero ang halikan ninyo ang nadatnan ko. So tell me if I don't have any reason to back out?"

"I'm sorry nakita mo iyon."

"And she's here now for you. Hindi kaya't sobra naman ang paglaruan ang mga damdamin namin?" She walked away from him and headed towards the door. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get dressed dahil may trabaho pa ako."

"I'm not going dahil hindi pa ako tapos magpaliwanag."

"Hindi mo na kailangan pang magpaliwanag. Iisipin ko na lang na walang nangyari. Kaya makakaalis ka na."

He went near the door as well but then closed it.

"Listen! It was Dana. My ex-girlfriend. Gusto niyang magkabalikan kami kaya pinuntahan niya ako doon sa hotel ko at dito sa resort."

What? He freaking owned that hotel too?

"Y-You don't have to explain to me. Walang namamagitan sa atin ngayon kung hindi trabaho lang."

"Please, Yui. The kiss at the hotel meant nothing. It was her who kissed me. Pero wala talaga akong nararamdaman na para sa kanya. I already sent her away. Ikaw ang gusto ko." He grabbed her hand and kissed the back of her palm. "Just believe me, please."

She should be happy. The man she loves is confessing like this to her. Pero kumukontra pa rin ang isip niya.

"Fine. Sabihin na nating tapos na kayo ng babaeng yun. Pero...pero hindi kaya dahil may nangyari sa atin kaya naiisip mong espesyal ako? Kaya iniisip mong may nararamdaman ka na para sa akin? Just because we slept together?" That questioned lingered in her throat kanina pa kaya lang ay natatakot siyang itanong iyon. Now that the cards are all laid, nais niyang malaman kung anong sagot niya rito.

Mas lalo pang uminit ang pisngi niya sa mga rebelasyon nito. At ang mga huli nitong sinasabi ay sadyang tumutugma sa nararamdaman niya para dito.

Her eyes widen at his bluntness. "Ano?"

"I know we both feel the same way, Yui. I can feel it when you kissed me. Please, Yui."

His eyes are pleading at her. Mas lalo pa nitong pinapatindi ang kagustuhan ng puso niyang sagutin ito.

Ano bang inaarte mo girl. You love him. He loves you. It's worth a shot!

She breathed deeply and then nodded.

"Is that a yes?" Punong puno ng excitement and boses nito.

She nodded again.

"Say it."

"I want to give us a chance. I love you too, Red."

Napaigik siya nang bigla siyang buhatin ni Red. Malapad ang ngiti nito at namumungay naman ang mga mata sa tuwa.

Ibinaba siya nito at kinantalan ng halik sa labi. "Thank you."

"Thank you din." Hindi na niya maisa-isa ang dapat niyang ipagpasalamat dito. Everything he did made her love him more. Now she knows that he is that wonderful one who just happened to her.
