Introduction:
Ola', I am Chresanto. I am eighteen years old and from Portugal. I live in a poor village called Alentejo with quite a big family. We live in a big tent which has one matress, a big pot to cook with, a plastic box for a restroom and a cooler that I stole for our refigerator. Each person has one full change of clothes so every night we wash our clothes in the little pond that we also clean ourselves with. Even though this is all we have, we try our best to value each thing.
I live with a family of eight. My two sisters are named Lulico and Lucia. They're twins and they are 5 years old. I have 3 brothers Named Julio who is eleven, Carlos is 14 and Harito is 2. My Mother's name is Marisa who is 36 and my Father is Edwardo who is 40. Then lastly is my lovely grandma named Marsa. She's 70 and turning 71 in one week.
Although I live in such a poor place, I still manage to go to school every day. I don't really know why but my parents and grandmother are making me. All my siblings besides Harito have jobs. Even my sisters! I really want to help but I must always follow my parents orders. Every day I study four hours strait and I keep a 4.1 average.
