Ok, so this book seems to be becoming full of smut but there are a few reasons for this. Remember Jared and Shiv have just found each other, they're gonna wanna fuck each other a LOT. Jared is a sexual person in real life and personally I think that he'd be even more sexual with someone he loves. Fan fiction readers generally like to read smut. Shannon appeared with Alley in tow. Alley was a beautiful Asian girl with a lovely personality to match. Shiv had developed a liking for her in the short time she'd met her, literally THAT afternoon. She was very much like Orlaith, whom she missed terribly. Just thinking of her and Pat hurt. She'd been so swept up in the media storm, not to mention the time difference.Perhaps that was why she liked her so much. "You ready little weed?? Both her and Abbey heard Jared giving his brother a huge list of do's and dont's. "He really loves you two doesn't he?" Abbey said, more of a statement than a question. "Yir reckin?' "No, I KNOW. I've never seen this Jared before, he's just appeared from nowhere. Ever since you found each other. Sure, he had girls swarming all over this place. Shannon got into the car and buckled his seatbelt "Jeez, that was longer than his speech at the Oscars. No shit!" He said, smirking, adjusting his mirror "God, here he comes now, let's go!" Jared mock glared at his brother and turned his attention to his precious daughter "Leef, listen to daddy now. She put down the iPad that she was watching peppa pig on and looked directly into her daddy's matching eyes " Daddy is famous and people are very interested in you. There might be some shouty men about but this time they'll just take pictures, o.k? But most important is never, EVER let go of uncle Shan, Abbey or grandma's hands o.k baby? Please!" Holding out his little finger "pinkie promise me Leef," Leef hooked her tiny pinky around Jared's and shook it, saying solemnly "I pwomise daddy" "Alright then, goodnight baby" Jared said, kissing her forehead. Shiv leaned in after Jared moved back "be good and remember what daddy said and te pinky promise, o.k? Goodnight sweetheart. Mammy will miss ye" "miss you too mammy, goodnight" Leef said, then picked up the iPad and pressed play again. Sensing Shiv's sadness (she'd never spent a night away from Leef and this was difficult for her to say the least) Jared shut the door and banged on the roof to indicate it was safe to go. Shannon stuck his arm out of the window and drove off toward the gate. "Come on princess, don't wanna be late do we? We have reservations at Bestia at 7. Don't want you turning into a pumpkin do we?' Shiv snorted out a laugh as they entered the house and said "ye eejit". Shiv went to walk up the stairs when Jared grabbed hold of her wrist to prevent her going anywhere. Shiv turned, perplexed. "What's wrong Jar?" He gulped "Nothing, nothing at all. Is eejit a term of endearment?" Shiv thought for a second and giggled "I suppose for ye tis" Ignoring the butterflies flitting and frogs jumping around in his stomach, Jared blurted out "well, marry this eejit then?" As shiv stood there eyes wide, all the air and colour rushed from around him and the only sight clear was Shiv on the first stair looking down at him with her pretty green eyes fixed on him. Jared held his breath. "Of course I will, eejit". The colour, sound and air was sucked back in with those words, brighter, louder and clearer than ever before and Jared felt exhilarated, like he'd scaled mount Everest and was stood on the very top, buzzing with achievement. Whenever Jared had gotten a script with a scene like this, he'd scoffed at the way it was written. He never would again. Pecking her lips he dragged her upstairs by the hand and picked her up bridal style and crossed the threshold of their bedroom. Shiv, also feeling giddy with joy, laughed loudly "Yir supposed te de that when we ARE married!" " well, I'm in practise" he mock tutted and put her down on their bed. Jared crawled under the bed and Shiv tipped her head back and laughted loudly "what te FECK are ye doing now ye wee eejit? Yiv not cut a hole in de mattris so ye can spy on me fiddlin wi meself, have ye?" Jared's muffled voice said loudly "I haven't yet but good idea...ah ha...there you are, you little fucker" and he appeared again, grinning widely. Jared started laughing at Shiv's *what the feck* expression as he made his way out from under the vintage iron bed. He held out his hand and on his pinky was the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen, apart of course, for Jared and Leef. The platinum band was printed and studded with diamonds and at the centre was a beautiful cluster of pure diamonds, twinkling in the evening sunlight beaming in from the window. The gems were so high a carat that they looked as of they were actually glass filled with a floating spectrum of bright orbs that changed colour as Shiv tilted it back and forth
