Here is Information based on all of the FNAF Characters/Animatronics.
I may update this every now and again to add more information about the characters, mainly their backstories, well once I their backstories.

Occupation: Lead Singer in the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Band
Starting Locations: Show Stage
First Appears: Nights 1 and 3 (becomes more dangerous during this night onward).
Appearance: Freddy is a brown animatronic bear with a light shade of brown on both sides of his stomach and puffy nuzzle. When he is on stage he wears a Black top hat and Black bow tie, while carrying a mic. Freddy's eyes is one of the only pair of eyes that can change their to colour to red, you could say that is when he is angry. Freddy also has handprints on his face.
Locations: Freddy starts at the show stage, then once 'activated' starts moving along with his band mates Bonnie and Chica. Freddy himself follows a path that leads straight to the office;
Show stage > Dining Area > Restrooms > Kitchen > East Hall > East Hall corner > The Office.
Unlike the other animatronic's, he likes to 'hide' in dark corners, leaving only his eyes and parts of his face visible. This implies that he is hiding from the view of the camera's, just so he can 'surprise attack' the night guard. Freddy will not be visible if another animatronic is in the same room as him.
Freddy will play his jingle when he is either in the Kitchen, in a room where the camera is disabled, or when he is in the Office.
Behavior: On the first two nights of the week, Freddy will stay put on the Show Stage, looking at the camera intermittently, he only becomes active on these nights if the players power runs out. After the power runs out, the Night guard spends some seconds in the dimly lit office, Freddy's eyes will then start flashing in the left doorway, while his music box jingle is playing. After so many seconds, Freddy's eyes will stop flashing, and all the lights will turn off, leaving the night guard in complete darkness, (the jingle will also stop playing). Freddy will then approach the guard and attack them, resulting in game over.
