In the story of Tell Tale-Heart by Edgar Allan Poe, it has 2 main characters in the story which is the old man and narrator of the short story. The author of the story I think is obsessef in showcasing horror in the story.
The narrator for me is male and really wanted to kill the old man because he's observing the old man in a very long time now and very eager to kill him because of anger
The point if view of the story was taken to the narrator of the story because it is a first person point of view from the start to finish and he also narrates how he planned to kill the old man to the admitting of his crime that he did.
The author's obsession of the story for me is about the thing that the author wants to happen in the story which uis killing the old man. And I think that the relationship of the old man to the narrator is that, they were enemies before and something happened between them.
And lastly, the motive of the narrator, in killing the old man is to have some revenge and took the vulture eye from him which symbolizes a valuable possesion of a certain someone.
