The alpha knew something was watching them, he knew something was out their watching and he wasn't the only one that had that sensation. As everyone else ate, he kept watch. All of sudden, the snap of a branch was heard. The whole pack turn in the direction of the sound. He gave a growl. The alpha female and other female which took part of the pack quickly hid the pups back in the den and guarded the entrance.
While the other wolves stood beside him. He looked up and saw a shadow it wasn't in the form of any creature he had seen. As the creature got closer, he started to notice more characteristics of of the figure. The creature stopped and looked straight at him, he stared back. He started to growl and the others joined him. The creature got closer and was now standing a few feet in front of them. They all looked up at the creature, and that's when he noticed what the creature was. The man stood up tall, and he had a rifle in his hand, in camouflage gear. He started to growl at the man, he remembered what had happened to his father.
He knew that he needed to protect the pack, they all knew, but especially him. He knew what the man was capable of doing. He knew how cruel man can be to nature and those they kill. As they stood in defensive mode, the man looked at them and said, " Well ....well what to we have here?", as he grinned. The man got his gun and ........................
