Jake

"Dan, wake up!" I called Paul, Zoey and Jeff who were waiting outside Dan's hospital room. A week has passed and we never thought there would be a very good progress on his condition since two days ago. Yes, he's still in coma and laid here in the hospital, with no clear sight of what he's current status is. "Guys he's waking up!"

I held his hand tightly, kissed it and clasped it tight close to my chest. He squirmed, his eyes fluttered and all of a sudden, he gasped just right on time as the others came on either side of his bed. "I should call his mom immediately." Zoey proclaimed. 

He tilted his head side to side, trying to adjust to the light in the room. He tried to get up but again, he felt a bit broken so I helped him lay back down to his bed. "W- where am I?"

"You're still in the hospital. You were out for at least a week now." I explained to him. Once he got to hear my voice, he turned his attention to me. "J- Jake, is... is that you?"

"Yes, I'm right here." The nurses and doctor went inside and kindly asked us to leave the room. "I'll be back soon baby, promise.", kissing his forehead before leaving.

"How are you feeling?"

"Dizzy. Was I really out for a week?" Daniel asked, worried. "Yes you were out but it's gonna be fine now, everything will be okay."

"It felt like months to me, or should I say in my dream or was it really a dream." My heart felt the guilt back. I missed him so much. My body moved on it own, pulling him into me and hugging him at the same time. "I miss you Daniel, I'm so sorry. I shouldn't be such an asshole. It was all my fault. I caused you this accident and there was little I can do about it."

"No Jake it was me. I did react so violently on you. all the blame should be on me, not on you. You did nothing wrong, only to protect me from anyone who's trying to hurt me. I was the weak one, vulnerable to anything that's giving a deep impact to me." He whispered in a soft voice to my ears, still cracking and like there's still less energy from the once bubbly and full of life persona of his.

"You should rest now. I know you're still exhausted and needed to fill up your energy." laying him down once again. "But I wanna talk about my dream. You'll be interested in it, I assure you."

"Yes I am interested to know what your dream was but now, rest. Okay? You're mom should be here soon and I'll just get some of my stuff and yours from home. I'll be back. I love you Daniel."

"I love you too Jake."

///so to explain what exactly happened to those who did seem to quite get the whole story, Daniel was induced into coma and that the whole thing in the story was all of his dream in different points of view, Jake's, Liam's Kean's and his. He never woke up since that day of the accident and everything here were all in his head, apart from this one. It's quite confusing but I hope I was able to execute it properly as this was how I imagined the story to come out. Thank guys!
