Sunni ran his way to any deserted place he could find within the castle ground. It was the first ever in his life to be humiliated like such. He would not have imagine the king himself out of all the people would treat him such ways. Did he do something wrong to provoked the king's anger? Did he said something that he should have keep it to himself? He was confuse and again, humiliated.

He wiped off his runny nose and place himself on a bench near a hidden bush with the sword still in his grip. A perfect place for him considering the bush hides him very well. For a moment, he just sat there and look to the front as his mind went blank. One of those times where you just sat and your mind emptied any kind of thoughts and feelings whatsoever. But just then, at that moment, he realized that this was the first time ever that he is far away from the king and this could only mean one thing.

He can make a run for it. He could escape this and never return.

His heart suddenly beats faster as his breath goes rapid. He looks around anxiously. He is literally alone for the first time ever and Sunni's eye wonder around the area ground looking for any kind of escape. As if God had answer his prayers, Sunni could see a small wooden door on the right end of the wall and quickly run towards it.  At the time, he wish he could've just spread his wings and fly instead of running like a lunatic.

His mind battle with his conscious because he knows for sure what he did was very wrong and if the king ever find him, he would be a dead man. But death is the least of the problem here when the opportunity to be free is right between his eyes. Now, that he is more alert, Sunni realized that this part of the castle was deserted as there is no kind of guards whatsoever. It was just too weird but he ignore the fact just for now. He reached the door and tried to push them open. He panicked even more when it seems the door is locked from the outside. He shakes them hard enough as if it would be by miracle, collapsed down.

He looks around again and look back at the door. His heart was determined to let himself be free, so with all the strength his legs could possessed, he kicked the door down with his right foot. Hard and with anger.

 Once...twice...three times.

His feet started to hurt but at this given moment, not even the gift of heaven can stop him from escaping this hell hole. He keeps going and kicking and soon enough, the whole wooden door collapsed.

He eyes immediately falls upon a wide forest ground covered in tall and big trees. If he was not mistaken, this jungle could be haunted by other creatures. Creatures that is unknown to human existence.

He thinks again and look behind as he reconsidered his decision. The dark and deep way to the forest seems to much for him to handle and even if he enter the dark realm of the forest, how would he find his way? He looks at the sword in his hands. Maybe this is good enough, he thinks.

He slowly took one step after the other as his heart beats faster. Sunni looks around carefully but he figured it would be best if he run a little bit. Walking around so anxiously wouldn't seem like it would do him any good. Before he started his journey, Sunni look back to the castle through the small space of the door.

Tears threaten to fall when he knows he could never see Armand again. He did not wish nor have the intention to be so selfish. He thought living in the castle would mean something and would help him with the orphans. But clearly, the king have no interest in helping anyone at all. Given that he only gave permissions to return home so quickly.

Sunni hoped that Armand can forgive him. He hoped that he will understand. For the moment and love they share, though only for weeks long, they were true to his heart. Embedded in his memories. The love he has for the man have deepened but he makes this ridiculous decision and ran away.

Sunni wiped away the tears that had blurred his vision and ran towards the woods without hesitation. He ran straight ahead and just pray for the best of his life.

"Find him!!!" Taizan screamed his agony to the soldiers in front of him. His heart ache in pain when the sight of Sunni were nowhere to be seen. "Find him or I will kill all of you!" He screamed again. His voice echoed throughout the sky. The soldiers that lined among the battle ground stomped their feet to the ground to receive command and went with their own direction.

Just then, Mactum came back from his search.

"Nowhere sire. Not even in his room."

"The kitchen?" Taizan asked. His voice is as cold as his heart.

"Nothing."

"Do they know?"

"No. I just search the perimeter but did not alert the slaves with the cause of the search."

"No one must know. Have you send them to the town?"

"Yes sire, the assassins already place their location throughout the whole city."

"Good. If you can't bring him to me alive, his dead body would do enough."
