"Heya toots, I got a bucket of chicken-" SMACK. Scout had just tried to "seduce" you.. You weren't having it today. The slap did earn a chuckle from Spy who was sitting in a chair not too far from you though. You turned and walked away to your room. Chicken was now strewn about the floor around Scout as he rubbed his cheek watching you walk out.
"What da hell did I do wrong?" He seemed genuinely baffled. Spy sighed and shook his head.
"Oh Scout, if you do not know what you did then you will never know." The masked man stood and walked past Scout to go to his smoking room, not wanting to be alone in a room with this child. Scout thought for a second and then ran after Spy.
"Spy! Hey man, I- I need ya help.." He murmured the last bit. He stopped in his tracks and turned on his heel to face Scout.
"You..need my help?" A knowing smirk stretched across his lips. "But I zought you were 'great wiz girls', non?" Scout lowered his head.
"Listen, Spy, (y/n) isn't like that and I've run outta ideas ova' here." He dropped his arms to his sides and slumped his shoulders in defeat. Spy gave an honest laugh at how stupid Scout could be.
"Fine! If you're gonna be like dat then I don't need you!" His face dusted pink as he became defensive. He always felt inferior to Spy when it came to ladies. Spy settled down and put his hand up to make Scout pause as he recollected himself.
"Do you even know ze mademoiselle's favorite color? Flower? Food? How do you expect to get anywhere not knowing zose zings?" Spy's smirk returned. Scout racked his brain for a short period before Spy continued. "We 'ave very lovely conversations togezer. Not one involving fried chicken." He looked at Scout with an unamused look. "I do not believe you would get very far." Scout was clearly defeated.
"Alright, alright. Ya got me Spy. I'm cornered here." He clasped his bandaged hands together. "I'm beggin' ya Spy, ya gotta help me." Spy looked him up and down.
"Fine. I will help. Only, on one condition." Scout seemed nervous as the tall thin man leaned closer with a devious smile.
___
"I dunno if this is your best plan Spy.." Scout stood there holding Spy's disguise kit. They now stood in Spy's smoking room so when Scout changed it wouldn't appear strange to anyone if they happened to see.
"Just trust me, Scout. Her and I are good friends. By disguising as me you will be able to talk to her in a much more comfortable way." Spy already knew you liked Scout. He just wanted to have some fun along the way with getting you two together. "Just remember to be a gentleman." Spy took a puff of his cigarette and looked at Scout with gentle eyes. Scout nervously pressed a couple buttons, turning into a perfect copy of Spy. Spy turned him to look at himself in a mirror. Scout gasped a bit and patted himself in disbelief.
"Are you sure zis-" Scout caught himself. It was weird having a different voice suddenly. "What ze 'ell??" Spy chuckled.
"Why do you zink your voice would not change as well? It is necessary as a Spy to have ze latest and greatest, non?" Scout had to get used to his new voice and body. "Do not forget to be a gentleman." Spy ushered Scout out rather quickly as he was curious as to see how it would go. Once Scout was gone, Spy returned to his chair and pulled out his newest issue of Dapper Cadaver. He crossed his legs and chuckled to himself.
___
Oh man, Spy probably overestimated Scout and his abilities to be a Spy. I mean, he was a Scout for a reason! He nervously walked to the hall where (y/n)'s room was. He heard the clacking of his own heels on the cold hard floor on his way, making him even the more unsure of everything. He couldn't be a Spy. What was he thinking?! He couldn't do this. Before he knew it he was already in front of your door though. Scout was just about to knock as the door opened. You jumped as you opened the door, surprised to see Spy.
