"You don't even call anymore. It's so different from the way it was before..."

(Chris POV)

Trying to keep everything the same between Sweets and I was getting harder and harder. She was still on tour with Ciara so she didn't get to see me when I went to New York for my meeting with Def Jam. The meeting was cool and I got a chance to me a few new acts they had signed. They got two fine ones tho named Teairra and Rihanna. The Ri girl seemed shy because she kept to herself so I never got to talk to her. I just spent most of the time cracking jokes on people with Teairra which was cool. I know they thought having me hang out wit some fines ass girl was gonna sway my decision but it didn't so I turned them down two weeks later. Jive is more serious about my vision and our meetings are moving forward to negotiations so I'm super excited but I can't say nothing to nobody til I see the ink dry!

It's already August and I haven't seen Sweets since she left in May. I mean it's getting harder and harder not to notice other girls plus school has started so I'm really going out of my mind. There are so many fine ass girls everywhere and they all know bout me. Yea Young Chris is known on campus! I got this Junior named Sheree trying everything to get me. Man it's so hard to focus wit em everywhere and I really feel like a dumbass for having a girlfriend right now.

Especially one I can't even see!

I mean we still talk about two to three times a day but I can tell it's getting harder for her to believe I'm not doing nothing. I love Sweets and nothing gonna change that but damn what a nigga to do? I can only take cold showers and have phone sex so much! I try to just stay focused on playing ball and doing my music but I really want her here with me man.

"So how are you gonna balance your school and your music Chris?" Coach asked.

"I think I'm doin a good job, I'm getting a 3.0 right now so I'm aight." I said sitting at the desk in the locker room.

"That is good and from what I've seen from you so far you could definitely make the varsity team which isn't easy but will you be able to focus on playing this year?" Coach asked concerned

"Definitely! I have my schedule all worked out and I wanna play!" I said sincere as possible

"Well it's goin to be important that you maintain your GPA and keep your attendance in good standing or I will have to bench you and I don't want to do that." He said standing up.

"That shouldn't be a problem at all, coach...I'm ready!" I said standing up too.

"Well I surely hope so cause this could be your break out season...You have great potential son." He said walking me over to the door.

"Thanks Coach I won't let you down." I said walking out the locker room

"I'll see you Monday!" He said yelling to me down the hall

'Aight Coach!" I said walking down the hall.

I was so excited and ready to play plus I couldn't believe I could make varsity but I did. So yeah I was ready to take that championship! As I got close to my locker I saw Sheree standing next to it.

I had been trying to avoid her but she just wouldn't give up! She was hella fine tho. Tall, small waist, light brown eyes, dimples and a body that was crazy! I was thinking of ducking out the exit door but I needed my backpack so I just shook my head and went over.

"What's up wit you Chris?" She asked smiling showing her dimples.

"What up...Um excuse me." I said trying my hardest to not look at her and get in my locker.

"My fault...So what you gonna be up to tonight?" She asked rubbing my shoulder.

"Uh...Chillin why?" I said moving so she wouldn't be so close.

"Well me and my friends were gonna go to the movies you want to come? I could pick you up." She offered leaning in closer to me.

Damn she smelled good...

"Oh for real?" I said trying to back into the lockers.

"Yeah so what do you say?" She asked pressing herself right up on me.

"Uh...Yeah that'd be cool." I said trying not to let her feel how hard I was.

"Mmm ok well I got your number from Keeis so I will call you around 6 ok?" She asked getting closer to my face.

"Aight." I said leaning back.

"You don't got to be scared of me Chris." She said then kissing me.

I didn't mean to kiss her back but I'm weak right now. Before I knew it we were kissing for a long time and she had started rubbing on my dick when Keeis walked up.

"YO!" He said as I pulled away from her which was almost impossible brcause I was hard as fuck.

"What up." I said embarrassed.

"Look like you in some shit." He said laughing looking Sheree up and down. "What Up." He said to her.

"Man it ain't nothin...Ya'll ready to go?" I asked moving away from Sheree.

"Yea KJ outside...He said you betta hurry yo ass up or you getting left." He said with a smirk and walking off.

"Aight I'm comin!" I said starting to walk away.

"Chris I could give you a ride it's no problem...We could hang out some more." She said grabbing my hand.

"Nah nah I'm good...I'll catch up witcha later." I said trying to get away fast as I could.

"Hm...Ok I'm gonna call you!" She called out to me pissed.

"Yeah aight bye!" I said as I ran out the exit door.

WHAT THE HELL DID I DO?

I knew Keeis was gonna tell Robb and them. They already had been giving me a hard time for still being faithful to Sweets after almost four months of not seeing her and not getting any. I was so tired of hearing it but now it's gonna be worse because they're gonna be hounding about Sheree and I didn't want them in my business.

"Playa Playa...Bout time!" KJ said when I got in the car.

"Damn fool...You couldn't wait to tell!" I said to Keeis who was laughing.

"Don't be mad cause you got caught...shit she been trying to fuck with you forever. You stupid if you don't hit that." Keeis said laughing.

"Nah I'm good...But she is fine tho... Damn." I said humoring him.

"Hell yeah...Shit if you ain't want her I'll hit!" Robb said.

"Iont care go ahead I'm good...There's plenty mo." I said playing it off.

"What you gonna do bout yo Sweet Honey tho?" KJ asked laughing.

"Man we good...It was just a kiss so she not gone trip...She cool like that." I said knowing damn well I didn't know how she would react.

"Please she gone axe em!" Keeis said laughing harder.

"Yeah yo best bet is to not even say shit. You didn't sex, grab, touch nothing then it didn't happen." KJ advised.

I just stayed quiet as they continued to talk because my mind was racing. I did exactly what I promised Sweets I wouldn't do. Why did this have to happen? KJ was right tho...I'm not saying anything because I don't want to lose her.
