On a persons 15th birthday a tattoo appears on them.It's not inked on,it just appears,people have always tried to figure out how it appears but no one knows why.The strangest part is the tattoo heats up when you are close to your soulmate.

Marinettes POV

I woke up to my parents hovering over me with a small cupcake in their hands

"Happy birthday sweetheart" mama said as she gives me the cupcake

"Get ready for school,when you come back we'll celebrate your birthday"

"Okay" I say as I smile,my parents leave me room and I get changed.I check my entire body for my tattoo,but find nothing.I walk to school when I see Alya running towards me,she comes up to me and frantically(and loudly) asks if I got my tattoo yet. Alya's soulmate is Nino,her tattoo is a pair of headphones while Nino's is a WiFi symbol.I nod my head no"Don't worry girl,you'll get it"

The bell rings signaling all the kids to go inside,we go inside and go to class.I bump into someone and all my stuff falls out of my hands,I look up and see Adrien! 'Oh my god he's so cute!' I think my head."S-sorry A-adrien"

"No problem,here let me help" Adrien helps me pick up my books 'Eeeeeee OH MY GOD I"M SO CLOSE TO ADRIEN'

'Oh and also,Happy birthday birthday girl" Adrein says with a wink.I try not to melt when he winks,then I realize class has started and I'm probably late(again)

*Time Skip*(near the end of the day,Marinettes in english class?)

It's almost the end of the day,Ms.Bustier is going on about a book or something.I'm not paying attention,suddenly I feel a weight on my wrist and a bit of heat on my wrist as well.When I'm about to check my wrist the bell rings signaling the end of school,everyone gets out of their seats and leaves. Alya pulls me out of the class with Nino and Adrien behind us,we get to our lockers and walk out of the school all together.

I finally check my wrists and my tattoo is a green and black paw print?Alya notices and grabs my wrist and see's my tattoo"Oh my god girl you finally got it!But what does that mean? OH! what if your soulmate is Chat Noir" Alya wiggles her eyebrows and nudges me.Nino and Adrien come close to me to see my tattoo when a ton of kids walk by all rushing to get home to the weekend.My wrist heats up and I hold it as it kind of hurts"Ow!"I yell "Did your tattoo heat up?" Alya askes

I nod my head

"Oooo so that means your soulmate is in this school"

I blush,Adrien and Nino leave and I say bye to Alya and walk off in the direction of my house.

Adriens Pov

I look at Marinettes tattoo and see a green and black paw print,my face turns red but no one notices.I look at at my own wrist,my tattoo is sewing needle with thread. 'Am I going to have to tell Marinette that I'm Chat? Do I have too?' My bodyguard arrives and I say goodbye to Nino,Alya and Marinette.'I'll have some time to think about that'
