Reading have always been Jae Eun's favorite, whether its a love story, horror, comedy, or any other type of story in the universe. She found it interesting that there are really people in this world who write about what they like and evreything they can think and talk about.
For Jae Eun, she wanted to write about the simple things that happened in her life. Gods, she even wanted to be a professional book author when she was a kid.
Jae Eun was in the library in her school, scanning through the long hallway of books that had their backs facing the wall. She just grabbed a random book from the bookshelf, 'The Sun Shines',
was the title. She decided to borrow the book for the week, if only could marry all the books for once, that wouldve been heaven already. She headed for her classroom and settled down for the class. Sounds like a normal day in her horrible life, but no.
Ever since she arrived in the classroom, students gossip, they all gossip.
You still dont probably know the reason why. Her cousin, Min Ha Ri, is the queenka in their school. A very pathetic queenka, in Jae Eun's opinion. Ha Ri had spread false rumors about Jae Eun beating Ha Ri whenever she likes. She also said that Jae Eun would scold and shout at her.Jae Eun would always be the first one to be bullied in the school, maybe the only one.
' How horrible. She looks so pathetic.'
'She shoild just disappear'
'How could she do that to our Ha Ri''Shut up, all of you. I didnt do it. I never did' she argued to herself. But, it cant stop. They would never stop.
She sighed when she got to her seat, she would never know when this will end. Maybe never, until she transfers. Not one student in this school would even talk to her. Broken, she describes herself.
A perfect definition of what her life is and was.All of her thoughts disappeared when the teacher came in. Its time to start the class.
* * * * *
*bell ringing*
Jae Eun heads to her locker and uncomfortably made her way to her locker. She once learned from her rather surprising teacher- which was a girl- that we should keep around at least 10 centimeters from boys, just in case they try something perverted, or just disgusting.
That made her uncomfortable when a group of kingkas from her school pass by. She knows their names, mind you. But she did count them as pretty handsome men, well I mean- come on! You cant stand to think of them as heartthrobs, right?
Park Ji Su, the smart, and yet handsome playboy. He's quiet though, but would always leave you fluttered.
Min Seo Joon, the loud, annoying type. He's Jae Eun's least favorite because of all the loud shouting and pranks, but this boy can pack a punch. Literally.
And last but the not the very least,
Park Jin Soo. He's her ideal type despite his bulging muscles. She wasnt the type to like someone with that big muscles, but a person like him would leave you speechless with never-ending pick up lines. But warning, he leaves you speechless and wanting for more. But Jae Eun just couldnt stand it and ended up staring at them. She knows she'll never get a chance and just accepted it. Her one and only first love was Jimin.
Flashback
"Yah, Chim chim." She calls out to him, choking back her tears. He turns around revealing his visible tears. " Im sorry, I have to go. I didnt want to leave you, but im sorry" he comes closer. He leaned down to my level and said, "But when Im gone, be taller than me, ok? Dont steal bread from your mom and dont disobey her. Aww~~~ i cant protect you anymore, so pls protect yourself. Oh yeah, be sure you still remember me, ok?" He patted my head slowly, he looked my eyes and smiled sweetly.
He did a mischeviously cheeky smile and ran of to his dad, leaving me stunned.
Flashback end
I was flusterred after that very short event, and i was supposed to feel sad. But that- that kept me up for days.
I open my locker door with a creak. Books were stacking everywhere in her locker, some already read and some not.
Jae Eun prefers books with good endings, but she didnt expect to have a happy , or even sad ending, but if the ending isnt good, and crappy. Time wouldve been useless. Some people dont even read and they even judge books, but she only judges the endings. But it doesnt make any harm ,right? As she was about to grab the book she borrowed earlier, it sent books wobbling and dropping on the floor. Not one even helped her.
She hurriedly scurries to tge cafeteria where sge was met with two pails of water being thrown at her. Mischevious smiles and laughs were heard, but her head wasnt boiling either. She was used to it, very much so. Snickers from boys, not from the kingkas though. She awkwardly chuckled it off and went to get her spare uniform in her bag. Maybe too prepared?
Before she could even arrive, 3 girls step infront of her. Ha Ri, including her two minions. "Well, it looks like youre in bad shape." She giggled. Such a cliche scene from one of the movies was what she thought was happening, but she just smirked at Ha Ri.
"Just how long are you going to keep this going?" She snapped. Ha Ri gaped her mouth to answer, "As long as I want"
Jae Eun scoffed and sighed. "You're really childish, just like your mother".
Ha Ri made no hesitations and slapped her. "How dare you say that to my mother?! After all those years she protected you?" Ha Ri glared. After raging with fire, Jae Eun was suddenly pulled by a hand, then saw familiar beautiful blue eyes that was as deep as the ocean. "Your'e coming with me"
