They became best friends and afterwards lovers. No one really understand their love for each other they were inseparable. But one day Katie was diagnosed with a strange type of cancer. Harry promised that he will never leave her until the end so he proposed. They were engaged. Katie was having a continuous treatment that could saved her life.
