lover is one thing, but being being in the same room with a person you hate is another thing. Akila can't even remember how it was that they were split up. As far as she knows, they were holding hands. Akila quickly looked to the right before steadily walking out the door of the bar. She didn't care what happened. She just wanted to be far away from that woman, keep her velvet dress clean, and find her lover.
In the desert country of Shomota there's a town right at the edge off it's eastern border called Raa'Goul. Raa'Ghoul was most famous for it's beautiful architecture and giant graveyards. Akila likes both of those things. The blood from the dead bodies and the beautiful architecture. She was moving as fast as possible through the town straight to the largest cathedral in the town. Newspaper boys were standing on the street yelling something about a man called Yhan Hoggs and how he blew a hole in the middle of Yorsis. She wasn't even bothered. Why care about other people across the globe?
At the edge of her vision Akila saw a weird light floating around near the town's only cafe. As she edged closer the door of the cafe was blasted off and there she was. Face to face with the person she hated the most.
"Thank the heavens there's a graveyard nearby," she blurted out automatically, quickly steeping into a foot or two's range from the graveyard. Her foe dashed toward her as Akila raised her hand, ripping the blood from the dead buried within the soil. The collection of blood quickly turned into the shape of a giant nail and Akila brought it down upon her foe, piercing her right in the heart. As the blood nail turned back into blood and leaked unto the ground, Akila ran away for no regard of the tidiness of her dress. She knew that her foe won't stay dead forever.
Traveling in a dessert with no supplies is quite the daunting task although the town is twenty minutes away from the border. She soon crossed the border of Shomota and arrived at the tiny country, probably the size of a large island, called Gormm. Gormm was her lover's homeland, and her's as well. But her lover wouldn't be there. He would search for her. And so would her greatest fear. So she sat down right on the border to wait. Bloodpires have long lifespans anyways.
So, who'll find her first? Crimson or Margla? I guess we'll just have to wait...
