Papyrus sprung up, his normal quirky self springing into action.

He was the fastest of the brothers. Always ready super quickly.

Sans, however... He was lazy as a rock. Papyrus had to always wake him up after he got his day started.

So Papyrus got to his morning routine. He got dressed.

T-shirt, blue shorts, and the all important scarf. He insisted it was a cape, however. Sans, not wanting to disappoint his younger brother, went with it. So that was what it was.

Papyrus wore gloves too, but he left them off so that he could brush his hair.

He walked into the bathroom and brushed his teeth. Then he brushed his hair.

He stared at himself in the mirror, like always.

His hazel-orange eyes looked back at him, and he struck a pose. "Nyeheh!" He laughed.

Papyrus' next order of business.. Wake up Sans.

He ran into his room, deciding to switch the roles for today. He grabbed an airhorn from his closet.

He crept into Sans' room. There was his brother, fast asleep. The sun from the windows shone on his dark skin and white hair.

The ball of blankets at the end of the bed weren't even on him. He was just laying there, in his sweater and shorts, one slipper on the floor and one still on.

Papyrus snuck up, barely able to keep in his own excitement.

He put the airhorn to Sans' ear, and...

*FWEEEEE!!!!*

Sans sprung up and clamped a hand to his ear. "GAH!! WHAT THE HELL, MAN?!" He exclaimed.

Papyrus laughed heartily.

"Got you so good, brother!!" He exclaimed, practically falling to the ground and pointing at a recording camera sitting on Sans' dresser not too far away.

Sans inhaled and exhaled. One of his eyes glowed blue in the sunlight. The other was hidden in the shade. "Good one, bro.." He said.

"Oh, Undyne and the Monster are totally seeing this." Papyrus said, ending the recording.

"Th-that's not necessary!" Sans said, scrambling out of bed and trying to reach for the camera in Papyrus' hand. Papyrus was too tall though.

"Okay, okay, I won't show them." He lied. "Come on, we need to get breakfast."

"I'd rather go to Grillby's to get breakfast." Sans said, grabbing his mask he always kept with him.

Papyrus crossed his arms. "First of all, you need to eat something healthy for once. Secondly, you can't go out in public with a bed head like that! That's not appropriate!" He scolded.

Sans paused. "You'll make a great dad some day." He said. Papyrus turned bright red. "Y-YEAH, WELL... UH... M-METTATON'S MALE AS FAR AS I REMEMBER!!" Papyrus exclaimed in panic. He covered his mouth.

Sans froze. He broke down in laughter. "Nice hiding your crush there, Pap." He said, covering his mouth.

Papyrus stuttered. He stormed out the door.

"HAVE FUN AT YOUR TRAINING WITH UNDYNE!!" Sans called after him as Papyrus slammed the front door, leaving the house.

Sans finished laughing and walked downstairs, not caring to brush his teeth or hair.

He grabbed a bowl of cereal, following one of his brother's "orders."

He thought about what he said earlier, tapping the spoon on the bowl. He sighed. "'Wonder when they'll actually get together."
