Beast boy p.o.v
I sit in my room reading the note Robin left me. I had to go on a solo mission. I don't know how I'm going to tell Raven. We just got back together. As I think to myself I hear footsteps outside my door then I hear the knock and her sweet voice.
"Garfield, you in there? Can I come in?" Raven said.
"I uh... Sure."I said as I hid the note under my pillow.
She walks in and tackle hugs me to the bed. I hugged her back. "Heh, what did I do to get such a wonderful hug from the most beautiful and smart girl in the entire solar system?"
"Just being your self."
She kissed my cheek and sat up, she was sitting on my waist. I placed my hands on her hips in response she blushed a bit. I chuckled at her blush. We just stay like that for awhile then my bro Cyborg had to ruin the moment by asking about my mission.
"Hey Beastie"Cyborg said walking into my room.
"Yo's my dude."I smiled.
"So I heard about your solo mission. Aren't you supposed to be gone for about 2 years?"
"Solo mission? 2 years...? Gar...?"Raven looks at me and I immediately get nervous.
"Fuck"I said rub my hands all over my face hoping it was a dream but it wasn't, it made it more like a nightmare, actually.
Raven p.o.v
I look at Beast boy. He going to be gone for 2 years on a stupid solo mission.
"When are you leaving...?"I asked him
"In 2 months..."
"Well at least we have 2 month together"I think that I might lose him. He could die. I hold back tears.
"I'm going to miss you"he said
I hug him and kiss him."I will miss you too. Can you call or text me? Or write letters?"I ask
"I will write letters and I will try to call you and text you everyday, mama." He said with a chuckle
Well at least its 2 months before beast boy leaves. That's like 60 something days. But all I can think about is him leaving. What am I going to do when he is not here? Well he remember me? What well he say when he see's me again? What would he think? What if he fall in love with someone else? These question ran through my head.
