they came flying towards me, a million tiny wings. my fears and worries made me push you away, but you came racing to me anyway. we faced them together, and that was all i wanted from you. they covered my eyes, but you quickly batted them away. little bites marked me, but you were hurriedly ready to help.
i worry, they still swiftly flutter around me, but now they only tickle my skin.
