Recap:

Anna quickly runs into Dorian's outstretched arms as he lifted her up hugging her tight. "Mia Bella, what are you doing here?? I thought your Mommy/Aunty was sending you back to your pack? Are you visiting here? Do you need rescuing?" Dorian, Alpha of the Dark Horizons Pack looked around in confusion until he saw a snarling Gabriel, eyes turned black "Dorian, put My mate down and send her back to Me now! and How in the HELL do you know My Mate and what does she mean by are you here to save her again??? Does this have anything to do with the scent of the strange wolf who's trail leads to your packlands? Has your pack had My precious Anna all these years? What in the ever loving hell is going on here???"

Alpha Dorian placed Anna down and looked at Gabriel, he could feel Anna's trembles as she hid behind him, peaking out at James and Alpha Gabriel. "Anna? This is Bella, her Aunty is My Uncle's mate and the rest it would seem is a very long story indeed, but why are you calling My little Bella Anna?"

Dorian looked down at Anna in confusion, then up to Gabriel as it finally struck him, this is Gabriel's Mate...with a loud "woohoo" of joy, he picked Anna up and swung her around and then kissed her forehead before whispering "Congratulations little princess, you finally found your prince charming" and tried to gently push her towards Gabriel who was growling deep in his chest while watching Dorian and Anna like a hawk with his hand held out towards Anna beckoning her to come to him.  A look of shock crossing his face as his mate buried her face in Dorian's chest sobbing her little heart out while stammering out in an anguished voice, "he bad man, he no my prince, he reject me an say he no want me as mate and he gives me pain here,"  she cries, putting her hand over her heart and rubbing softly, "why won't he love me Dory."

"You BASTARD, you claim you are her mate and you rejected her?  You hurt her by screwing other women even after you knew she was your mate?"  James was heard screaming at Gabriel as his fists began connecting with his face and body, knocking Gabriel to the ground, and his shouts calling the attention of everyone nearby in the pack house came running just as Gabriel shoved James back, throwing him across the hall to slam into a wall,  "I was foolish to reject her, I admit it, but all she had to do was accept the rejection and she would have felt no pain, but I'm glad she didn't accept my rejection, because now that I have felt her kiss, an have spent time watching her, i know she is the perfect Luna for Me, and for this Pack, so you will back off James, she is MINE and no one is taking her from Me.  Before this pack and before the Moon Goddess as well, I Gabriel Victor, Alpha of the Silver Dust Pack, Accept Annabelle Matthews as my Mate, my Luna and my Love, from this moment until all eternity shall cease to be, my heart is yours little Annabelle Matthews..."

Dory leaned down and whispered into Annabelle's ear, as he could hear her heart beating rapidly, "See my little dove, he does love you and he has claimed you as his mate, go little one, go to your mate and be happy my sweet little Bella"   with a gentle push, Dorian sent Annabelle towards Gabriel,  as the Pack watched on in awe, their Alpha taking the sweetest and gentlest young woman they had ever met as His Mate, the sense of excitement overflowing from those witnessing in the Pack House to all the Pack members unable to see this historic occasion in person.

Anna stood for a moment halfway to Gabriel and her eyes began to shimmer and glow with a glittering golden light, there were whispers of awe as a sense of peace and love began to fill the hallway as she faced her Mate, "I, Annabelle Matthews of the Silver Dust Pack, accept you, Alpha Gabriel Victor as my Mate and my Alpha, my Prince Charming and my Love from this moment until all eternity, my heart is yours, Gabriel Victor, be careful to never break it, its been through enough to get me back to You, my Gable Bear"  at this, Gabriel leaned down and kissed Anna again, this being their first true kiss as themselves, without Sloane and Jericka (their wolves) being instigators.  

Around the kissing couple, the pack members erupted into applause, all but one, Beta James just glared at Gabriel in disbelief, his gaze softening as he looked at Anna and sensed her peaceful happiness.  As Gabriel lifted his head, an unfamiliar scent hit him like a freight train, at the same time Alpha Dorian caught it as well and with a snarl of rage, he shifted as he leapt towards the couple,  Gabriel himself already shifted into his huge black wolf with sea green eyes, the two wolves sandwiching Annabelle between themselves protectively, while James looked on in shock, then rage as Gabriel sent him a message that the unknown wolf that was stalking Anna was nearby...

Due to their long standing friendship, as well as training together at Alpha Academy, Alpha Dorian was able to relay to Gabriel that they needed to move Anna to somewhere more secure, as it appeared that his horrific half brother was close and he is obsessed with their precious Annabella....

It was time to tell Gabriel about little Annabelle's past, about the state she was in when he found her, how badly she was beaten, broken both in body  and spirit, and to find out if Gabriel knew why her Gable Bear and her Waterfall Castle were so important that she would beg and plead to go there to find her Prince and why time was slowly running out for Anna....What does that even mean????

Gabriel's wolf nodded towards his Office, gently nudging His Anna while kneeling down for her to slip onto His back, He let out a soft startled yip as Anna shifted into her wolf with such speed it was almost a seamless blur of transition,  her wolf a beautiful shimmering black with sparkling sapphire eyes which shimmered like  a star sapphire, she  gently rubbed her head against Gabriel's, tucking herself tightly against him and followed as Gabriel led the way for them all, nudging Anna towards the small room off of His office where he had always imagined spending time with his Mate and their eventual children but for now was just used as a place to catch a few ZZZzzzz's when the Pack was overwhelming him with paperwork or upcoming events, and NO, He had never allowed any of the pack sluts to even enter that room, it was another place that was for His mate and himself alone.  

He nudged her towards a blanket on the bed, picking it up between his teeth and draping it over her so she wouldn't feel uncomfortable when they shifted back with their clothes having shredded off in the shift.   Imagine his surprise when she reached up and gently licked his muzzle in thanks, then turned away, grabbing some extra clothes he kept in the room and shifting, dressing quickly..."Anna, babygirl, when you are through shifting back, dress in some of my clothing, then wrap that blanket around you and come straight to me in the next room"  he leaned down and kissed her softly on the lips before leaving the room and heading out to confirm James had taken care of getting clothes for Dorian and then settling behind his desk, his eyes glaring at Dorian, "Dorian, I believe you owe Me an explanation,  who in the hell is your brother and what does he want with my Mate!" He snarled at Dorian, settling down when He saw a frightened Anna peaking out of his private rooms, he leaned forward, with his arms held open wide, "Come on babygirl, come here sweetheart"  

He caught her as she ran to him, giggling as she leapt into his arms and kissed him softly on the lips,  her tiny hands clasped his face so she could look into his eyes and study him, evaluating what she saw there, as if weighing whether or not he was worthy, worthy of what, Gabriel didn't know.  A silent breath slipped between his lips that he hadn't even known he was holding until the moment she leaned forward to kiss him once more and whispered to him, "Once i thought you were my prince,  you gave me my Gable Bear at the castle, and then i was taken away from you for so long, you hated me when i got back, i'm sorry i got took away from you, I didn't mean to hurt You,  and i understood you 'jecting me, i really did, cuz of the scars that mean man gave me, but now i can see my Prince is back again,  please hold my heart and keep it safe for me, my Gable Bear, its all yours, its always been that way, since you kissed my cheek n gave me my bear....i love You GableBear, with my whole heart." 

With tears in his eyes, Gabriel stroked her cheek, a memory tickling its way to the front of his mind.  As he wrapped his arms around Anna and pulled her tightly against him, kissing her lips softly, then her cheeks, her  eyes, her forehead and the her lips once more.  It was the memory of the first time he ever kissed a girl at all, he kissed Anna's cheek as she cried after hurting her knee when he had taken her to the caves at the waterfall that looked more like a fairytale castle than anything else.  ''I love you too My little Annabelle, and I will be your prince and whatever else you need me to be, baby girl, and I will keep your heart safe, next to my own, and I love that you love me with your whole heart princess, rest here next to my heart babygirl while Dorian tells me what I need to know sweetheart."  With that, he held her close and snuggling the blanket around her, while gently stroking his fingers through her hair then turning to Dorian, "Now,  tell Me about your brother and what in the hell does he want with My Mate?"
