Third Person POV

It was Saturday, which means no classes and Namjoon has his first weekend in this new town to enjoy.

Said boy woke up with the annoying blare of his alarm clock. He shifts around in his bed as he feels around for the goddamn annoying clock. His hands gripped the object and slammed it down onto the floor.

Silence.

He was pleased and went back to closing his eyes when suddenly...

"KIM NAMJOON THAT'S THE FIFTH ALARM CLOCK THAT YOU HAVE DESTROYED AND I SWEAR YOUNG MAN IF YOU BREAK ONE MORE CLOCK I WILL LITERALLY PLACE A ROOSTER HERE INSIDE YOUR ROOM!"

With that, Namjoon shot out of bed and stood in front of his furious mother. He fidgeted and played with the hem of his shirt.

"S-sorry, Mom. I didn't mean to."

Eomma Kim just sighed and hugged his son. She caressed his head and gave him a kiss.

"Alright. I'll let this slide again. But you better clean that up, you might get hurt, be quick though, breakfast is ready."

His mother left without another word and Namjoon started to clean the poor alarm clock's dead body. Rest in peace, one week-old clock.

After throwing the debris away, he quickly refreshed in the family bathroom and ran downstairs, not bothering to change out of his pajamas as it was a weekend. Namjoon sat in his seat and greeted his parents a good morning. His mother poured him some milk while his father flipped the next page of the newspaper he was reading. They started their breakfast and Appa Kim was the first to break the comfortable silence.

"So, Ryan, any plans today?"

"I don't know dad. I'll stay in my room I guess?" (a/n: so me)

Appa Kim furrowed his eyebrows and chewed on his toast, his mustache wiggling along. Namjoon couldn't help but snicker. Eomma Kim noticed her son's behavior and asked.

"What's funny, darling?"

"Hehe dad's mustache looks funny when he chews."

"Hm? What's with my mustache?"

"Your mustache dances when you chew."

Appa Kim then bit on a toast and went to the mirror near the dining area to watch himself chew.

"Hahahaha! So it does! This is quite amusing."

He said as he finished his second piece of toast. Eomma Kim only shook her head at his husband's behavior and smiled. She sipped at her coffee. Namjoon drank his milk.

"Oh look, Ryan, you have a mustache too! Take a look!"

Namjoon stood up and ran to his father. He did have a milky (duh) white mustache on his upper lip and he wiggled it at his dad, much to his father's amusement. Eomma Kim only smiled adoringly at them from the table and motioned the two to continue eating.

"Stop looking at your facial hairs and continue eating. Food's getting cold."

The father and son walked back towards the table, giggling.

"Hey dad, will I get a mustache too ?"

"Sure, son. When you grow older."

==========

The Kim family finished their breakfast and cleaned the house. Namjoon, being the responsible kid that he is, started with gathering the plates from earlier, much to Eomma Kim's shock.
