Normani's POV
It was the first day of school I met this girl named Dinah we sat beside each other she asked do you want to be friends I said "yes" In a happy way she asked what was my name I said "Normani Kordei" she said that's very pretty for a pretty girl like you I blushed so hard and said "thank you so much" I could tell that she liked me.
Through the day we kept running into each other I had bumped into her on accident I knocked Dinah's books out her hand so helped her pick them up we both looked at each other smiling she put her hand on the side of my face and said thank you only thing I did was smile she made me blush so hard.
Around lunch time we sat beside each other and talked about this app called tap it shows horror story messages even tho I wasn't into horror that much I just wanted to keep her happy so we talked about it the whole time until lunch was over.
We walked down the hallway laughing then she put her arm around my waist and said your warm I'm cold can you make me warm I looked at Dinah and said "sure thing just come here" so we walked down the hallway hugging people were looking at us like we were stupid we even got in trouble by a teacher for it.
When we got to 5th period we kept looking at each other and smirking the teacher told us do you're work I yelled we're both done. Then Dinah texted me and asked if I liked her I said no real quick with my face looking like I was nervous or scared then Dinah texted you don't have to lie I replied I'm not lying wit a "😳" emoji Dinah texted you are lying and it's okay if you do I like you too Normani.
I was shocked that my crush actually liked me I mean who wouldn't I'm cute I said in my head. We got our stuff from our lockers and went home.
