I would love some comments if possible telling me what you think of this chapter about this book, I would really appreciate it and can I just say I promise it will get better as the plot picks up. Also with the lines with characters speaking and paragraphs I'll sort it out for the next chapter. If anybody needs somebody to listen and talk to them I'm here to help. :)

I stared drowsily at my ceiling, blinking sluggishly as I waited for my alarm clock to sound. Waiting for another day of invisibility to begin. I flinched as my alarm clock sounded, quickly whacking it and returning to silence once more. I honestly think if I would run away from this place the only people that would notice would be my family and Eric. Eric yes, my best and only friend. I am the girl of a thousand faces and names but really I'm just me, Amy.
"Amy! Come on honey, get your ass up or you'll be late for school!" Mum cried, her voice rattling through my room. I sighed and sat up, stretching my arms out and smiling when I feel that satisfying pop.
"Coming Mum!" I sluggishly draw the duvet back and shiver at the rush of cold air. I immediately crawl back into bed groaning. Too cold. Ugh. I groan louder when a finger jabs right into my back.
"Come on, Amelia." I internally want to roll my eyes, I honestly can't be dealing with my sister right now. I withheld the urge to scream when she poked me again. "Move before I make you move, the faster you get up and leave the faster I can get back to my beauty sleep." I sighed and groggily turned around to face her, oh yeah sure, looking like you've got up brushed your hair and moisturized already before even getting out of bed, yeah beauty sleep , right. I got up with a huff and stumbled into my bathroom.
"Oh sure Erika because you look positively ugly this morning! How can you possibly face the world?!" I scowled as I snatched up my tooth brush squirted some tooth paste on and started roughly brushing my teeth as I stare into the mirror.
Looking back at me is a normal boring girl with ordinary long brown mousy hair sticking up in every direction, ordinary pale skin and ordinary blue eyes with no bright contrasting colour to make them beautiful whirlpools of life, just ordinary, and just about half of everything I hate about myself because this isn't the real me, the real me has short cut hair dyed in an array of beautiful bright colours to make people turn their heads. I want a nose stud that magically turns your nose into something delicate and lastly I want to wear band t-shirts and crop tops and shorts that show your body proudly rather than fearfully hidden by jeans and dull hoodies, but then again that's me all over, fearful, a wimp too afraid to show my inner self-
"Amy?" I snapped out of my thoughts and realised I'd stopped cleaning my teeth whilst staring into the mirror with glassy eyes and frothy tooth paste dripping down my chin. I automatically started rubbing self continuously at the tooth paste, noticing my mum and sister staring at me. Mum stepped forward with a frown, her luxurious black long hair loosely tied back in a ponytail, clearly I interrupted her routine, great.
"Honey?" she smiled at me, trying to mask her concern as she tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. I smiled as large as I could manage.
"I'm fine, just lost in my own little world." Erika huffed and flicked her hair behind her shoulder, rolling her eyes.
"Weirdo." She said, strutting off.
Mum just smiled warmly, cupping my face, "My little day dreamer." Her smile wavered for a second as she stroked my cheek, her eyes far away, "Just like your Dad." I felt my heart skip a beat. Suddenly she snapped back from her far away state and smiled pinching my cheeks and laughed as I swatted her hands, walking out the room. "Well now that you've returned from your world get dressed otherwise you'll be late, hurry up!" I sighed, washing my tooth brush and placing it back in the holder and trudging back into my bedroom or my girl cave if you will. With my posters littering my walls of my various shows and bands I love being: Fall Out Boy, The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, My Chemical Romance, Sherlock, Pink, Linkin Park and Green Day. It makes my room feel more like home even though my bedroom is quite small, but who cares as long as I'm not sharing with my sister. I felt a shudder run through me at the thought. I collected my school uniform off the handle of my wardrobe and started quickly shoving it on once I got a glance at the time, 8:30. Shit. 15 minutes before tutor. I grabbed my hair brush from my small bedside table beside my bed and ran it through my hair, wincing as I fought through the knots whilst trying to wiggle my shoes on. Once my hair seemed decent enough I grabbed my school bag and ran down the stairs and straight into the kitchen, smiling to myself as I hear mum humming Purple Rain whilst buttering some toast. I crept up behind her and hugged her middle, smirking slyly to myself as I felt her jump. Ha, she's not the only one who can sneak up on people. She turned around smiling at me with her ivy green eyes sparkling at me in wonder.
