Chapter 5

Waking up next to Double D gave me the best feeling ever.

"Good morning handsome." I whispered in his ear and giving him a kiss on the cheek.
He blushes and says, "Good morning."
"Lets get ready for school." I said patting his stomach.

"I should get going to my house and get new clothes." Double D said getting up.
"Alright. Come here."
Double D walks over to me and I pulled him into a hug and I kiss him.

When he pulled away, I got up and
walked him down stairs.

When we reach the door, I push him against it and I kiss him passionately.

"I'm going to miss you." I whispered in his ear.
He blushes, "I'm going to miss you too."
I open the door for him and he walked out.

I walked back up stairs to get a shower.

After my shower, I looked at my phone to see that I have a text from Rolf.

Rolf~ did I see Double D walk out of your house!
Me~ sure he's tutoring me.

I didn't get a text back from him, thank god.
I walk outside to walk to school till I see Nazz and Rolf walking toward me.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Don't you have to ask Nazz something?" Rolf said winking at me.
Fuck I forgot. I even wanted to talk to Double D about it.
"Ugh yeah, but maybe later. I have to go talk to my turtor." I said walking away quickly so they don't ask any questions.
I walked to Double D house and knocked on the door.
Double D opens the door and I push him in and close the door.
"Oh jeez Kevin, hi."
"Shut up. Are you home alone?"
"Y..yes?"
"So your my boyfriend, okay?"
"Okay." He said looking very confuse.
"And you want to keep are relationship on the low so you don't get bullied and I don't get killed?"
"Kinda, yeah?" He said still looking very confuse.
"Well...Rolf basically wants me to ask Nazz to be my girlfriend and I don't want to do that because of you, but everyone on the team is suspecting me and Nazz to date. So what are your feels about it?"
He doesn't say anything.
"Babe, say something." I said getting close to Double D.
He backs away.
"Eddward!" I said almost bursting into tears.
He looks at me, "I have to think about it. I know we want to keep are relationship on the low, I don't know what I was expecting from it, but I just need space. I will talk to you later?"
He opens the front door for me.
"Cya." I said walking out.

I walk over to my motorcycle and I put my helmet on.
I start my motorcycle and I go to school.
When I got to school, Rolf and Nazz were just showing up.
"Hey! Dude you are back on your motorcycle!" Rolf said running up to me.
Nazz follows from behind him.
"Yeah. I missed her." I said looking down at my motorcycle.
"I bet!" Rolf said with wide eye's.
I use to give Rolf rides on my motorcycle and he would love it.

Me and him talked about my motorcycle until Rolf brought up the whole Nazz thing.
"So anyways. You have to ask Nazz something."
I look over at Nazz who is standing there smiling at me.
"Um, I..was...wo..wondering..if you would be my Gir...girlfriend?" I asked nervously. I hate doing this to Double D. I don't want to lose him.
She smiles and hugs me and says, "yes!"
I hug her back, "Well I'm gonna go get ready for first period."
"Okay!" She kisses my cheek and walks away.
"You made a good choice." Rolf said hitting my shoulder and walking away.

It's not like I had a choice.
I saw Double D and walked right up to him.
"Um hey." I said rubbing the back of my neck.
"Hi." He said trying to walk away.
"Double D." I said kinda loud.
He stopped and looked at the ground.
"What kevin."
"Talk to me. Please."
"Why? So I can hear that you asked out Nazz because you don't want people to know about us?! What are you scared of Kevin? People knowing the truth that you're gay? Or are you scared to face the truth?" He just stared at me.
I'm speechless.
We started at each other for a little bit until he said, "bye kevin." And walked away. I felt the sharpest pain in my chest.

I walked to first period.

First period want by so slow.
I kept thinking about how I'm gonna face Double D in second period.

I walk to second period and I see Double D and he's not even looking at me.
I sit in the back of the class like normal.

Rolf comes strolling in and sits next to me, "hey man!"
"Hi." I said quietly
"What's wrong?" He asked looking concern.
"Nothing. It has been a long morning." I gave him a slight smile.

"ALRIGHT! Let's start class." The teacher said walking into the classroom.
I started to look toward Double D direction.
Just watching him made me go into a daze.

"Kevin!"
I jump, "yeah?!"
I look around and the whole class is looking at me, even Double D.
"Is there a problem kevin?" The teacher asked.
"No?"
"Then what is the answer to this questin?"
"What was the question again?"
"What is a Alkanes?"
What the fuck is that?
I look at Rolf who is sleeping.
"Um I don't know."
"Since Kevin doesn't know the answer, who can?"
Double D raised his hand.
"Edd?"
"A Alkane is hydrocarbons that contains only single bonds."
"Good job Edd."
Double D looks at me a raises his eyebrows.
I roll my eyes and lean back in my chair.

Class ended fast and I was able to leave.
Why did Double D look at me like that when he answered the question.
"Hey cutie!" Nazz said taking me out of my thoughts.
"Hey."
"You okay?" She asked giving me a slight smile.
"Yeah just a long day."
She grabs my hand to hold it but I pulled away and crossed my arms.
"Well hopefully I can make you feel better after practice. You want to hang out?"
"I guess. I have to get to third period." I give her a hug, "bye."
She hugs me back, "bye football player." She walks away.

I turn around to see Double D starring at me.
He looks at me and walks away.
I just want to cry.
I want to third period and asked to use the bathroom right away.
My teacher said yes and I want into the bathroom and hid into the bathroom stahl and I put my hands to my face and started crying.

I heard someone walk in so I tried being quite.
After some time I walked out and I see Double D at the sink.

"Edd." I said being quite.
"Kevin, we need to talk."
"Yeah I know." I said putting my head down. "You can stop by my house after practice." I said looking back up at him.
"Okay." He said walking out of the bathroom.

I walk back to class heartbroken. I sit in my seat and I wait for lunch.

Lunch finally came around and I sat with Nazz and Rolf.
I kept thinking about Double D, so after every couple minutes Rolf would have to bring me to reality.
"Are you okay Kevin." Nazz said rubbing my shoulder.
"Yeah." I said with a smile.
I look around to see where Double D was, but I don't see him.
"who are you looking for." Rolf asked.
" No one." I said looking at Rolf.
"Are you sure." He said winking at me.
I laugh, "yes Rolf."

Lunch want by fast and I had to go back to 3rd period.
Nazz gave me a kiss, "bye kevin."
"Cya Nazz."
Rolf gave me a hand shake and left.
I walked into class and sat in my seat and I started to space out.

~practice~

I walked into the locker room to see Rolf, "Hey dude you want to hang out after practice."
"Ugh..I can't I'm busy." I said thinking about Double D.
"Are you going to hang out with Nazz?"
"No. I have a tutor."
"Oh yeah I forgot."
"Well I'm going to get change."
"Alright, see you on the field."

I got change and went on the field.
I couldn't really pay attention due to the fact I keep thinking of Edd.
Next think I know everything goes black and I don't remember a thing.
