It was like endless, going on forever thoughts raced through the girls head, how could she be so stupid? her mum always told her specifically not to walk around after dark, but did she listen? That's funny because, no, that's why she's in the situation she's in. It wasn't even that dark, it was a day, a nice day and then it just stopped.

With a smile on her face she asked, "so what was your life like?" It was sickening to see such girls in such problems like this. This girl, Lilac was probably the youngest one. Pretty, chubby and Colette almost hugged her and told her to hang on, someone was coming for them. Someone, somewhere.

"Well, I went to school and had friends like anyone else, I had a boyfriend but now he's my ex, his name was Chris," her voice cracks thinking about him, is he worried about her, does her school know, is her mom worried? Does anyone even notice her absence in their ordinary day? Do they even fucking grasp that she's gone and not with them?

"Cool, I have been here since I was eight, I don't even remember how my mum looks anymore," she smiles lightly and shrugs it off, placing cups and plates into the brown and very old-looking dishwasher. Colette feels sad about that, does her family still look for her? Does her family still have hope.

It was the thought of an eight year old being taken from her family is tragic, devastating, especially by some fucked up psychotic man, how could he do that? Steal an eight year old girl, barely a girl, how did he do that and still continue to do it. Four girls. Four times taking girls who had families and homes.

"Who's Luna and why is she so important?" Colette asked, Lilac looked up at her and gaped, Colette wanted to know what it all meant, after every word of that love story slash tragedy, it was signed by Dani Ross. Maybe it was just a book she stumbled upon but from the look on Lilacs face, there's a bigger story behind those walls and behind those girls, even behind Harry.

Lilac looks around and nods before adding more dishes into the dishwasher, goosebumps rose on her arms, Colette looked at her intently. "Well, she was beautiful, when she came I thought she was happy. You know? Happy and loved but, she left. He told us she was in trouble, she needed to leave and Jean told me he just let her walk out the front door.. no goodbye, she was-" And her words end when a throat clears the room.

His stature was intimidating, his jawline could cut salami, his eyes could outshine the stars, no denying in his beauty. He was the type of beautiful that you aren't sure if you praise it or fear it, but for some reason, Colette did both.

"And what are you girls up to?" He asked, Lilac nodded, thinking of something quick to say so they both don't get into trouble, Lilac knew that Colette was different, as a twelve year old girl, she knew enough for her to stop before she gets into deeper shit with him. Nobody back talks him, nobody sticks up to him, nobody even looks at him directly unless he looks at you first.

"Talking about what she likes to eat, so I can tell Jean what she likes and doesn't like," she smiles and shuts the door for the dishwasher. Colette shuffles behind Lilac, following her like a lost puppy. He smiled widely and his dimples were betraying the girls, because Colette wanted to touch his stone carved face and feel him close but the assertive, mature and not fucked up side of her knows that is not people look at their captors.

"Ah, really? And what do you like to eat? Are you a vegan like me?" With a lick to his top lip, he quirks an eyebrow and clicks his tongue. "I enjoy pizza and toaster strudels." He laughs and she smiles but it disappears after his eyes turn a darker shade of green. "But between the two, that is a hard wager."
He smiles at her and she squirms. "You're a girl who likes to eat, I like that, you're not fat but you've got curves coming your way, Colette." He smiles like a blind man seeing flowers for the first time ever, when his eyes trail down to her thighs that touched together, she squirmed, a state so hot and intense would burn holes into her. God, she must be so tight, he thinks and bites his lips, forgetting Lilac was in this equation.

"Besides Colette's food fetish, well, I wanted to know if you can take me to the park?" He stares at her, she asks hopefully, her age is still no doubt behind her body, a young child trapped in a life she didn't need. Angst she shouldn't have known, Colette wondered if this girl had periods, what did he do when their periods synched up and they were all producing the Red Sea from their panties.

"Lilac, my baby, we talked about this, you know why I'm about to say this. You can't go to the park," he says and leaves the room, Lilac smiles until he's out of sight, she wants to run wild, sun in her face, grass between her toes and the cool, summer air that hits her skin. God, she even wanted to get bit by mosquitoes. But for now, she stares off into space, a sullen look etched into her like a stone statue, she starts to blink rapidly until it all settles and her tears fall down her cheeks.

"Lilac, so, Luna.. how did she look, I mean, how did she move with you guys? Was she beautiful as I imagine?" Colette says and tries to make her lie convincing, she doesn't give a fuck how that girl looked, she just wants to know more about how she left. In her books, journals, diaries, whatever they are, she had clues that she was falling apart and by the end of those books, it just stopped. Not another trace, just gone. One day she's happy and so in love, then she just stopped letting her pen kiss the paper.

"Well, she was.. she was gorgeous, didn't really like us, she didn't like any of us, he kept her locked up and spent most of his time in there," she said and blinked back into reality.

"So what, when did she leave? How did she leave?" Colette asked, Lilac eyed her and caught on to her in her own way. Lilac sneered but talked. Colette thought about her a lot, about leaving, and it was like all the bubbles on her cauldron of thoughts went ballistic.

"Colette, get something straight, I'm not dumb. And just so you know, you're not doing it, I'm young but I'm not dumb! And this, you're trying to take my place as his favourite and just know, you're still new so don't bother bossing me around, there's nothing you can say or do to stop me, I'm his favourite, not you," she says and storms out of the kitchen. Leaving Colette to look at the back door.

The only door that didn't have a lock on it, she wanted to open it. She walked towards and looked out. She wasn't home, she didn't even know where the fuck this hick town is. She stares at the fields. Maybe she wasn't ever going to go home.

[note: if wattpad fucks this chapter up, I'm not even going to try again, I'm going to delete my life away, not really but I'm tired of the stupid comments about plagiarism and stealing someone else's work, and this stupid fucking story is my own, I even had a chapter about what made me come up with the idea so fuck you to everyone who said that about this dumb book.]
