Chapter-16

Author's (POV)

Kyungsoo woke up again after 4 hours. Kai wss there when he woke up for the second time. "Soo are you okay?" He asked. "I am not okay Nini. My heart hurts. J-jae hyung left me again Nini." Kyungsoo said as a tear rolled down his face. Kai quickly hugged him. "It's okay. I am here right. And your jae hyung left this for you." Kai said and gave the locket Minjae was wearing to Kyungsoo. "This locket is same as mine Nini." Kyungsoo said. "Jae hyung wants you to be strong and leave a happy live and to forget him. Soo you have to stay strong kitten. That's what Jae hyung wants." Kai said in a soft voice and Kyungsoo nodded slowly, sniffing a little.

"Now baby are you hungry? You must be. Our baby might also be hungry." Kai asked and Kyungsoo nodded. Kai told Luhan to bring some food. Luhan bring a hot pork soup with orange juice. Kyungsoo ate everything in minutes. After he was done eating, the doctors told Kai that it was okay if they wanted to take Kyungsoo home. And they did tool him back home. 2 weeks later, in news it appeared that Mr.Shin has been caught by the police for creating choas in a college. And it took 2 whole months for Kyungsoo to get over Minjae's dead. It was hard but Kai and others were always there with him, supporting him and he was more than grateful to all of them.

Time skip....

Kyungsoo was now 4 and half months pregnant and Kai was more than happy. He had been through so much suffering because of Kyungsoo's cravings and mood swing. Kyungsoo even threw a knife at him because he felt irritated. Kai and Kyungsoo were peacefully laying on the bed with Kai's head on Kyungsoo's large baby bump. "It kicked again." Kai cheered. Kyungsoo hummed. "Kyungsoo our baby is gonna be cute and squishy just like you. I can't wait to hold my son." Kai said. Yes they had already found the baby's gender. And Kyungsoo was right it was a boy. Lately little Seungcheol have been stuck beside Kyungsoo. Seungcheol would put his ears on the baby bump sometimes and would cheer loudly saying words like 'my baby'. No one understood what little Seungcheol was doing.

A wolf knows who their mate is. And Seungcheol being a wolf hybrid recognised his mate. Only Kyungsoo and Seokjin knew about the mate thing. They didn't tell others. "Seokjin hyung. Today seungcheol is being a little different. He keeps whimpering." Kyungsoo said. "I also don't know why." Seokjin honestly answered. After that they talked about mates, when Kyungsoo felt that his water broke. "Seokjin hyung my water just broke." He said trying not to panic. No one was home that time. Only Seokjin, him and Seungcheol was there with some other bodyguards.

Seokjin helped Kyungsoo to sit on the couch. After that he went to Kai's room and took the bag which was already packed with baby clothes and Kyungsoo's medical files. He took the bag and put it inside the car. He grapped his money and he put Seungcheol in the back of the car in the baby seat. And helped Kyungsoo sit inside the car and drove towards the hospital (Kai's sister's hospitals). They reach the hospital in 23 minutes. And the contraction had worsen. Kyungsoo was literally crying and sobbing because of the pain.

The doctors came rushing out. Kai's sisters were the first one to reach at Kyungsoo's sides. They put Kyungsoo into a stretcher and took Kyungsoo inside the delivery room. Chaeyeon took the baby clothes and Kyungsoo's medical papers with her. Seokjin took little Seungcheol out of the car and went to fill up Kyungsoo's registration. After the registration was done he called Kai.

Kai: Hello Seokjin hyung.
Seokjin: Hello Kai. Kyungsoo has went into labour. We are in your sister's hospital come quickly.
Kai: ok hyung. We are coming.

Then he hang up the call. Chaeyeon came running out towards Seokjin. "Jin you have to stay with Kyungsoo now." She said and Seokjin ran to where the delivery room was with Seungcheol still in his armhisWhen he reach there, he saw Kyungsoo on the delivery bed with doctors around him. "Jin stay with him and encourage him okay. There is still 15 minutes until he gives birth." Yoonah informed. Seungcheol whimpered struggling to get down on the bed. So seokjin put him down. Seungcheol crawled over Kyungsoo and touched the baby bump with his small hands. And as a miracle the baby wasn't kicking that hard anymore. "He is calming down your baby. When we goes into labour the baby kicks hard right. It's because the baby itself is panicking. So Seungcheol is making your baby calm down. He can do it because Jihoon is his mate." Seokjin said with an amused face.

The doctors, including Kai's sister, looked at them in awe. "Does 'mate' really exist?" Chaeyeon asked. "Yeah. Only wolves can recognize their mate. Since Seungcheol is a wolf hybrid he recognize Jihoon as his mate." Seokjin said. "Daebak. It's the first time I am seeing a wolf hybrid, co-operating with their unborn mates." Yoonah said. Just then Kai came running inside the room. "Kai get changed into the hospital gown you are going to stay here." Chaeyeon said. Kai went outside and came inside after a while wearing the hospital gown. "We can  start the process now." The nurse announced. So Seokjin went out of the room with a whimpering Seungcheol. Then the doctor started the delivery process.

After 10 minutes of screaming and kai encouraging Kyungsoo, Kai heard the first cry of his son. "Congratulations Mr.Kim. Your husband had gave birth to a healthy male cat hybrid." Yoonah said. The nurse clean the child and gave it to Kai after wrapping the child with a clean white towel. There were tears in both the parents eyes. Just as expected, Jihoon looks squishy and cute like Kyungsoo. And the cat ears on top of his head we also similar to Kyungsoo's. And they knew, everyone is going to be after their son.

13 years later....

Now Jihoon is 12 years old. But he is smater than other average 12 years old children. He look squishy and cute like Kyungsoo but he got a sharp tongue and a stubborn attitude from Kai. He might look cute and all but he can definitely pack a hard punch. Just like they say, don't judge a book by his cover. And 2 years after Jihoon's birth, Kyungsoo again gave birth to Mingyu, a complete human. Mingyu look tough but he is actually soft. And he was now 10 years. Just as Seokjin and Kyungsoo predicted Seungcheol and Jihoon acted like a married couple while Wonwoo, Seokjin, second and the real son, a cat hybrid was behind Mingyu. Kai stopped doing all the illegal stuffs after Jihoon's birth. All of the members instead start a business. They all opened big resturants in different parts of the city and they got enough money from them. And Kai became the CEO of the Kim Corporation where all the members of their gang now worked as an employees. The resturants were only opened as a part time job. Everything was now all fine. And they lived happily after that.
