"And this is..?" Mr. Yert asked "Maddie?"
"Huh?" I replied not at all paying attention.
"What is this called?" He pointed to the board.
"Umm a triangle?" I guessed.
"Miss Evans just set a perfect example of why we should pay attention in class." He scolded
I hid my head. Everyone had change the direction of their heads to me, rather than the teacher.
"Well, know we shall take a journey down the road of geo-"
"Hello Everyone!" Bursted Lily Cort
"Miss Cort, You're late."
"Thanks for the info!" replied Lily.
"Alright whats the story this time." Asked Mr. Yert.
"Well, I was walking to school when some wacko attacked me. He like bit my arm see?" She showed her slightly bleeding arm with a few skin rips.
" Miss Cort, I think you should see the nurse" suggested Mr. Yert
"Yea good idea.. I'm feeling a bit dizzy." Said Lily
"Go on then"
Lily passed out on the floor. The room burst into gasps and chatter.
"Whats gonna happen? Are they gonna call an ambulence?" Asked Carter Shay
"I hope so! Boy, would that make an interesting story!" hoped Joy Winters
Lily got back up again. She looked different. She was more gray this time more lifeless.
"-Are you okay?" Stumbled Mr.Yert
No reply from her she walked up to him and the room was hushed.
Suddenly Lily bit Mr. Yerts neck and tore it open. The class screamed and started running around scared.
"Everyone! Settle down! Noise attracks Zombies!" Told Melvin, The nerd of the class.
Everyone ran out of the room. I was one of the few to stay in the classroom while Lily chased the class out. The screams were something you never forget. Terror, blood everywhere.. Its scars you.
"We need to find a way out" Said Shane me and him were one of the few.
The few people with us were... Me, Shane, Stacy, Greg, Louise and Melvin the dork.
"We can't just leave though.. Lily might not be the only one turned." stated Melvin.
"He's right." relized Stacy.
I could see in Greg's face. He was thinking he might be our only hope.
"I have an idea.. but its risky." said Greg.
"Tell us. There is no other way." Shane said.
