Aaron's POV
I walked inside the house to tell Aph about...the headline. I found her in the kitchen. She stared at me. Her eyes were wide with fear, Her lip trembling, her hands shaking as she held the phone. Oh- no. She found out herself.
Crash~Smash
I watched as her phone dropped out of her hands and tears swelled in her eyes. Then her ears and tail popped out. I felt my eyes burning. She didn't deserve this. Aph is only a kind sensitive girl who is just beginning to scratch the surface of where to go with her life. And then I go and add this burden. Aww, I open my arms wide as tears pour down her cheeks. She runs over to me and crys in my arms. I lay my head on hers and speak calmly in her ear.
Aaron- It will all be ok. We will be all right. I am here.
Aphmau- *through tears* What if we have to be split up? What if you have to go into hiding? What will happen then? When you aren't here?
Aaron- We will make sure that doesn't happen. And if it does I will still love you, no matter how far away we are from each other.
I walk with Aphmau over to the couch. We sit down and I pick up my guitar. Her head picked up out of her hands and she clasped her hands to her mouth. I hadn't played for her since Starlight Wonderland. I slowly started playing as she later her head on my shoulder. Things were going to turn out all right after all.
Ein's POV
I heard the song coming from downstairs. Aaron was playing the guitar. Earlier I had seized the moment when Aphmau dropped her phone to sneak inside. Things were only going to get worse from here. Only worse.
