“You know…Sometimes you don’t realize what you’ve done til you look at the damage…Now look at the damage…”

(Chris POV)

SLAP! I just stood there and took it. I knew I deserved it actually even more than that. It took me a minute to register the pain that was aching across my face but once the shock wore off I saw her run. My heart made me go after her and I saw her jump behind the wheel of her SUV she just bought. All I could do was pull the door open.

STOP HER!

I grabbed her keys out of her hands and threw them in the street.

“GET MY KEYS!” She yelled at me with tears running down her red face.

“NO YOU GOTTA LISTEN TO ME!” I yelled as I tried to grab a hold of her waist.

“GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!” She said pushing me away.

“SWEETS JUST LISTEN TO ME!” I said pleading with her. “I FUCKED UP OK I FUCKED UP…BUT BABY I'M SORRY…PLEASE!” I said feeling like the world was on my chest.

“YOU FUCKED UP! HOW COULD YOU?How could you do this to m…” She said not even finishing her sentence and crying harder.

“I don’t know…I…I just.” I said trying to search for words that I knew couldn’t begin to fix any of this.

“You promised…You said you loved me that I was your heart…HOW COULD YOU?” She started to yell again.

“I’m sorry…Please just stay and talk to me.” I said trying to hold her again.

“DON’T YOU FUCKIN TOUCH ME!” She said moving away from me again and I saw Big Pat walk up.

“Ya’ll gonna have to chill out before these people call the police.” Big Pat said and I could see the disappointment in his eyes.

“Pat I just want my keys…He…He threw my keys….I JUST WANT TO GET OUT OF HERE!” She screamed.

“Ok chill I will get em…Breezy just go over there.” Big Pat said pointing to Tina’s porch.

I didn’t want to I wanted to just hold on to her and make her not leave me…

WHY DID I DO THIS SHIT?

Alycia was this girl I met through Bow because he was with her friend Angie. It wasn’t supposed to be nothing just friends you know. Then one thing led to another and I just kept coming back every time I was in LA. Before I knew it it had turned into 9 months. I had just broke it off with her last week but I guess she had found out I was in town. Damn it man she just wouldn’t take NO for an answer!

I did as Big Pat said and went and sat on the porch with my head in my hands. I was losing the one person that had always had my back, had always been there for me no matter what and she was right I promised her I would never be THIS guy! I promised myself that I would never be THIS guy! I felt the tears begin to form but I couldn’t bring myself to drop em because I didn’t deserve to.

I DID THIS!

“I HATE YOU!” I heard her scream one last time before she drove off.

She hates me...

That was all it took to make me finally break down. My world had caved in and I had lost my girl.
