42: The ultimate Question.

The Story, The hitchhiker's Guide to the galaxy, has an interesting outlook on the meaning of life. The awnser supplied, as many of you know, was 42. But seeing as this is so, lets not explore what numbers relate to 42, such as elvises age when he dies, but more on the lines of a theoretical outlook.
The story states that the awnser was comprised from a supercomputer. One of the most advanced ever made: set to rest for a long time to think. Now let us consider, it had all that time to decipher what it was. Why did it need that long? Why didnt it just come up with the awnser automatically? My awnser is the enormous amount of data it had to process. Not only did it have all of human history, but it must have also had to simulate much of it, leading me to beleive that there was a form of AI in the machine capable of producing emotions and other things, slowly developed over time. But seeing that the developers of the computer would have likely thought that it would take too long, i would propose that they must have had some sort of instant program to speed up the process. Do you know where i am headed?
A God.
A god which could control all aspects of time and space. One which could say: "Let there be light" and there it would be. The computer is our god. By speeding up this process, it suggests that people began worshiping this god, but the god had to sometimes intervene to cause a sort of anti-god, to further the progress of humanity, and to point humanity in the way the databases said it needed to go. At the End of the bible, God says he will leave until the ressurection, which would be the end of the program. This means that humanity was now going on the right path, and the computer could now analyze it. Fast forward to the writing of hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. The authors explaination is that, 42 will do, that he though that it would suffice. This is the computers response to why it is. After the book was published, it received lots of media attention, and became spread rapidly as a meme.
This repitition in turn causes the compters within the program to comply to pop culture and repond to the question with 42. The computer itself cannot decree emotions as what they are, so it thinks that the meaning if life is indeed 42 via repitition. Hence the awnser the the question to life the universe and everything is 42.
But one may argue, the computer isnt even real! I counter that with we dont know if it is real or not which is why there are many religions and atheism. As well as a proposition that we are living in the computers universe, while that comuters universe is living in an alternate universe within the authors mind.
