Right when they walked into school Cora and Tyler found each other and began to talk at the same time.

"Do you know-" Tyler began
"Who has a-" Cora started at the same time

They laughed at their eagerness then Cora stated "you first."

"Do you know anyone who works at corner cafe?"he asked

Cora thought for a moment then responded "I don't think so?"

"Who has access to the camera for the library back room?" Cora asked him

He didn't hesitate as they began walking down the hallway "Anyone who works in the office? Why?"

"I need to see the footage." She stated

"What do you do 3rd period?" He asked her

"Study hall"

"Perfect" he stated "Apply for office aid"

"Awesome you're the best." She said to Tyler as they approached her locker and she unloaded her stuff and he continued on to his own.

When she pulled out her notebook jake approached her locker and her heart began to beat faster

"Hey" he said with a smile

"Hey" she said awkwardly with her eyes glued to her locker

"What's wrong?" He looked at her concerned

"Nothing, just a lot going on." She brushed him off and hurried to class.

He stared down the hallways and pondered why she was hiding from him.

Lydia couldn't help but be paranoid all day. She had no idea who knew her biggest secret or how they were going to use it.

Then her phone buzzed.

She was done with her math work so she looked to see a text.

From Caleb
We need to talk

She knew in that moment what it was about and she wasn't wasting another moment in that desk.

She went to the office to sign herself out and meet Caleb, alone, at the tree.

It was the short drive felt shorter because she blanked out the whole time.

Once she got there she saw him pacing.

"What's wrong?" She asked him

"Cora might be in danger" he stated not being able to look her in the eyes

"What the hell did you do?" She asked accusingly
