Ch 3 | ITS NOT A DATE

Lily POV
We were sitting in English. Me and Mae say together then opposite us were Harry and Zoe.

After literally forever the bell rang. I've never been so thankful for a school bell , Zoe does nothing but talk and talk and talk but it's not even like she's funny or anything it's just pure shite that's she's talking tbh.

After class I walked out the door and bumped into Harvey. "Oh sorry Harvey" I smiled and walked on. "No it's uh ok.. an uh lily?" He caught up with me. "Yea?" I stopped and turned to face him. "Can you.. uh.. Would you like to um g- uh" he stuttered "uhh Harvey" I asked. "Never mind" he sighed and walked away. I laughed to myself and speed walked to our next class because I was already late.

After School

Finally. The first day of hell is over. I was walking. No I was jogging out of school when someone grabbed my arm and turned me around. It was Harry. "Oh Harry hi" I walked beside him. "You're a fast walker" he panted. We both laughed then kept walking. "Where do you live?" He asked "27 **** park.. You?" I answered and asked him. "29 **** park" he laughed. "Omg ahaha you know we s-" he cut me off "shahshshshsh" he put him finger on my lips as he stared at a girl with a bow in her hair walking infront of us. I pushed him hand off. "What?" I giggled. "Her" his jaw dropped and eyes widened. "Yep that's not creepy just stalk her why don't you" I laughed.

And then Harry made us walk in silence so he can stalk the girl. Yep. Normal.
"Harry just go talk to her already for god sake!" I must have said it louder than I intended to because she turned around. "Excuse me" I dragged Harry by the arm up to the girl. "He likes you, he's cute your cute boom relationship" I pushed them together.
I'm good right ;)

I walked on home while looking behind me a few times seeing them holding hands and making out every so often. Wish someone liked me

"Daddddd I'm homeeeee" I yelled bursting in the door. "Hi petal how was your first day" he met me in the hall. "Alright" I shrugged "make any new friends?" He smiled. "A few" I collapsed onto the sofa. "Names??" He stood infront of the sofa folding his arms. "Well there's Mae, Max, Harvey and Harry" I said slighty annoyed. "Oh so some of them are boys?" He raised and eyebrow "you know my rules petal" he ranted. "Byeeeee" I yelled over him and ran upstairs to my room.

I closed the door and slammed myself into a pillow. Ding. Literally who else can annoy me today...

I like Max he's nice. No. Not like him like him. He's a good friend that's all. Don't get any ideas..

Time jump to 4:30

I should start getting dressed I have to meet him in 30 mins and I have no clue where the park is!!

After 15 minutes of searching I finally gathered up an outfit.

It's ok I guess. I sort of just gave up on searching.. It's not like Max cares anyway.

Ding dong. I sprinted out of my room downstairs to the door but i was late by just a millisecond. Dad got to the door. "And who are you young man?"
OF COURSE.
"I'm Max I'm here for Lily sir" I could hear nerves in maxs voice. "Dad he's my friend from school" I came fully downstairs and out the door "I told you no dates!" "ITS NOT A DATE" I slammed the door behind us before dad could say another word.
