So basically Laurens doesn't know too much about Hamilton's backstory and doesn't know what to do because Hamilton is freaking out in the middle of a thunderstorm and then Hercules comes over and can't seem to help so they phone Lafayette and watch my madness unfold

John-
It had been drizzling all morning, Alex was the lucky one in the group and his classes were cancelled today. So instead of having to brave the weather like the rest of us, he got to sit in the warmth of our shared apartment.
As I drove home after a long day I found myself wishing this rain would stop. Sadly it seemed to be getting worse. I hear the first crack of thunder roll across the clouded sky. 'damn' was all that crossed my mind.
I pulled into my parking spot and bolted into the apartment building. I climbed up the stairs to our cozy room. I opened the door which was, unsurprisingly, unlocked. "Alex?" I call out to the quiet living space. No answer. I start walking around.
"Alex, where are you baby?" I ask him calmly. I hear a soft whimper coming from our room.
I slowly make my way into the small room and I see a lump of shivering blankets on his bed. By the looks of it he had taken all of the blankets from my bed too. I climbed up on the bed next to him.
"Alex, sweetheart, what's wrong?" I ask while setting a hand on where I thought his shoulder was. I saw the blankets move and I saw one dialated brown eye. The blankets moved again so they were framing Alex's face.
"The storm..." Just then another crack of thunder shook the house. Alex whimpered and basically jumped into my arms.
"Oh Alex..." I could hear his breathing become more uneven once again.
"Shhh, it's ok Lexi. I'm here, you're safe," I said quietly.
A loud knock interupted my soft murmuring. I looked up.
"Wanna come see who it is?" I asked Alex quietly. I saw a small nod. I helped him stand up and I re-wrapped the blankets around his shoulders. I moved faster than Alex but I could hear his slow shuffling following me out into the main room.
I opened the door to a dripping wet Hercules Mulligan.
"I came over here cause it's closer to the campus and I'm cold," he said quickly. I smiled at the older boy.
"Yah, sure come in! Want some hot chocolate?" I asked him while turning to see Hamilton flop onto the couch. Just then the loudest bang of thunder came and I kid you not, Alexander screamed. I was at his side in an instant.
I put my hands on either side of his head and put just a slight bit of pressure on his cheeks.
"Alex, baby, look at me. Focus on my hands, do you feel them? Yah? Ok. I need you to take a deep breath..." We went on for about a minute until Alex's breathing evened out.
Hercules was looking on with confusion.
"What's wrong with Hammy?" He asked me when I finally stood up.
"Some sort of panic attack I think. I'm not too sure honestly," I admitted while walking into the kitchen to start hot chocolate. I started making hot chocolate and I could hear the low bass voice of Herc trying to calm down Hamilton some more. Another  loud crack of thunder. I could hear sobbing from the other room. Hercules  couldn't seem to do anything.
I looked at Herc and we had the same idea.
"We need Lafayette."
In about ten minutes I heard the door click open and Lafayette stumbled on to the dorm, also soaked to the skin.
"You guys wanna go change? You're dripping all over my floor," I told them. Thankfully in our group we always leave extra changes of our clothes in the others apartments for times like these. Lafayette nodded and quickly changed then ran back out and squeezed Alex in a tight hug. I could hear him muttering in rapid fire french. Alex nodded and took a small look around. Then cuddled up next to Laf.
"We should watch a movie," said Hamilton, his voice scratchy from not being used for anything other than crying. Hercules nodded and put in some sort of Disney movie. I wasn't really paying attention. The end credits started rolling and only Alex, Lafayette and I were still awake.
"Do you wanna talk about what happened back there?" I asked Alex in soft tone.
"Uh, ya. Talking might be good," said Lexi, for once not sure how to start. "Um, well. When I was seventeen a hurricane distroyed my town, a tsunami hit on the same day and the streets were flooded. I was trapped for most of it but when I got out I was stuck in a terrible rainstorm and you should've seen the bodies. They were everywhere. I couldn't seem to drown," he said, apparently deciding to finish the story at that.
"Oh, Mon petit lion," said Laf pulling Alex farther into his side. I sat in shock. 'Alex could've died'.
Later that night we all sat and watched some more movies while eating pizza. The storm had finally calmed down so now you could see the stars. "I love you," I whispered to Alex.
And right as he fell asleep he said, "I love you more". I think it was safe to say that was the greatest day ever.

Ok thank you so much. I know this one is shorter but hey, it was midnight when I started.
