Brandon's POV:
Callie and I were walking together since we were officially a couple. We were walking across the street just staring into each other's eyes when a bus decided not to stop. Callie kept walking and all of the sudden I was unconscious. The next thing I knew, a bunch of random people were calling my name and asking if I was okay. I had a huge cast all over my body and I had no idea what was going on.
Callie's POV:
I guess Brandon stopped and I kept walking. I was just staring at Brandon's eyes, and I ran across the street. I didn't see or hear the bus and Brandon was on the ground and couldn't move. I ran up to him and screamed his name. I didn't know what to do, so I called Stef and Lena.
"Mom, I need you right now. Brandon got hit by bus."
"How did this happen?"
"I will explain later. Get the ambulance I don't know what to do. How do I get him out of the street? I can't lift him."
"Just try. We will be there as soon as we can."
I hung up and tried lifting Brandon. I couldn't do it, but I knew that I needed to keep trying. I finally got some of his body on my shoulders and dragged him across the street onto the sidewalk.
"BRANDON! COME ON TALK TO ME! BRANDON! PLEASE!"
He wouldn't respond to me and finally the ambulance came. He went into the hospital and Stef and Lena ran into his room calling his name. He finally woke up but looked so confused.
"Baby thank god you are okay. I was so worried about you," I said as I kissed him. He wouldn't kiss back. He looked like he had never met me. "Brandon?"
"Who's Brandon? And who are you?"
I couldn't believe that he lost his memory. I ran out of the room crying. How could the person who I have never felt closer to not know me? Stef and Lena ran after me, but I really did not want to talk.
Stef started. "Callie lots of things like this happen. He will regain his memory. I promise that he will not stay like this."
"Are you sure?"
"Positive. I will get the doctors to tell me when he will be better. He just took a test."
Stef's POV:
"Doctor, Brandon will regain his memory right? This has happened to others and we are really hoping that Brandon will be one of the lucky ones."
"I don't think that Brandon will remember any of you any time soon. Or at all ever. His injury to his head was pretty bad. We have had this happen many times, but he is one of the top most injured. There is a very small chance that he will remember you. You can help him get back to his normal activities. Ask him what he remembers."
I stood there with my eyes wide open and the same with my mouth. How was I supposed to tell Callie this? I can't break her heart. I went into Brandon's room and asked him what he remembered.
His response just killed me. "I don't remember a lot, but the last thing I remember is a brown haired girl. I kissed her and we went out."
"So you remember Callie?"
"I don't know a Callie. What was her name? It was oh Mariana that's it."
"I think you have the wrong girl. Do you want us to show you Callie?
"Sure."
I brought Callie in and warned him that Brandon might not remember her, but she shouldn't be upset yet.
"Brandon this is Callie."
"No that isn't the one."
She was so heartbroken. We just needed to give them a little time. Brandon needed to stay in for a few more weeks and Callie couldn't visit because it confused him. We went home finally with him about a month later. He remembered me and Lena, but nobody else we thought.
Brandon's POV:
I could finally go home which I have been waiting for because I needed to see my love more then anything. I found her and spun her around. I leaned in and kissed her. She seemed so confused.
"Brandon! What are you doing!? You have a girlfriend!" said Mariana.
"I have been waiting for you. I love you remember? We couldn't be together for so long and now finally mom's will let us be together."
"No that's Callie. You aren't in love with me. You never have been."
"Who is Callie? You guys keep bringing up that name. Is she important?"
"She is your sister, but your girlfriend. You got an apartment together and finally got to love each other."
"No that's you. Wait why would I date my sister that's gross!"
"I'm your sister though."
"No you aren't. You are my girlfriend."
