Is Two better than One?

First Period with Kiki

                                                      Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock

Cassidy glanced up at the bell watching the clock as it slowly ticked away.This was Cassidy's second year of Freedom Academy. How Ironic that they call this jail they call 'school' Freedom Academy when you're stuck in a cramped Building for hours. Cassidy sighed and turned over to talk to her friend Kiki who was gushing over her Nintendo game. 

Kiki was a pear-shaped girl who was clearly just filling in, Her eyes were a calming blue hue compared to her Playful and energetic nature, but the thing that stood out the most was her Black Wavy Locks were topped off with Brown tips.Kiki was often confused to be African but truth be told Kiki was born and raised in Cuba. Which Part Cassidy wasn't sure of but Cassidy is sure that those string of words Kiki just said was Spanish curse words. Cassidy tapped Kiki's shoulder impatiently. Kiki quickly glanced up at Cassidy to see her roll her eyes.

"What do you want Cassy! Don't you see that I'm trying to evolve my Bulbasaur!" Kiki said lowly while trying to make sure the teacher doesn't see the galaxy themed New 3ds Xl in her tawny hands. "Yes, I can clearly see that Kiki but do you really think you should be playing that right now" Cassidy stated plainly while looking at Kiki with a blank expression."Oh, Noo! Is my grandma gonna tell on me for having...Fun!" Kiki said dramatically. They stare at each other for a moment before trying to hide there snicker from a certain teacher that was glaring at them by now. "Cassidy! Give me the answer to the question!" The teacher suddenly shouted. 

Cassidy startled glance over to Kiki and shrugged. "Mr.Myles Shouldn't you give the students who are actually listening to you a chan-" A female student in the front of the room said before getting cut off by Cassidy " The answer is 52...If anything you should know since you wrote it on the board so many times" She said as she gestured toward the board covered in numbers. The teacher was stunned for a second but continued to teach. Kiki and Cassidy quietly giggled while the female student in the front was fuming. Basically just another math class!
