i put my phone on my bedside table and went in to bathroom to brush my teeth and take a shower.
After i dried my hair i went downstairs to eat breakfast "hey honey happy birthday i made you some breakfast" your mom handed you your breakfast and you sat at the table to eat it "thanks mom i'm so excited to go to the movies with everybody" i said smiling to myself "is your boyfriend going?" my mom asked "yea hes actually coming to pick me up with y/b/n" i told my mom "oh that's great" my mom said giving me a fake smile. My mom has never been that keen on Taron i don't really know why i guess its because she thinks he's just one of those boys who will use me and end up breaking my heart, but Taron isn't like that hes different, a good kind of different.
i went upstairs to finish off getting ready.

The door bell rang and i ran down the stairs in excitement,as soon as i opened the door y/b/n squealed, i squealed with her and Taron stood next to her covering his ears "hey girl im so excited i'm gonna go say hi to your mom" y/b/n handed me my present and went in to the kitchen "hey babe happy birthday" Taron said handing me his present and kissing me on the cheek,i opened it and it was a locket "oh my god Taron its gorgeous thank you so much" "there's something inside" i opened the locket and it was a selfie we took on our first date "i wanted you to always have a reminder of our first date" Taron explained with the biggest smile on his face "well thank you i love it" i kissed him "alright enough with the kissing lets go" y/b/n said, we all laughed and got in Taron's car.
after the movie Taron dropped me and y/b/n at my house because y/b/n was sleeping over "see you later Taron" y/b/n said waving to Taron and going upstairs to put her things in my room "i had the best birthday ever" i told Taron smiling "im so glad" he said smiling also. just as Taron was about to leave my mom called out from the kitchen "Taron could you please come in here for a second" "uhh sure" he gave me a scared look and i giggled a little but i was a little worried myself.
Taron's p.o.v:
i walked in and y/n's mom was standing there folding her arms i was a little worried about what she was going to say;
was she gonna i can't be with y/n anymore ?!
"so i wanted to talk to you about y/n" she told me "uhh yea sure" i replied "y/n is a special girl and she deserves somebody who will treat her right and love her, not someone who is gonna use her because i couldn't stand to see her heart broken"she explained to me "listen Mrs y/l/n i know you think i'm gonna hurt your daughter but i promise you i would never do that to her as you said she is a special girl and she's amazing and i'd have to be a idiot to let her go, i love her Mrs y/l/n i really do" she stood there for a second and i thought she still didn't believe me, but out of nowhere she embraced me with a hug "thank you Taron that's what i wanted to hear i'm glad she has somebody like you around to protect her"she said smiling warmly i smiled back "i should probably get going but thank you so much Mrs..." "please, call me y/m/n" she interrupted "right thank you y/m/n" i gave her a warm smile i was so happy.
Your p.o.v:
Taron walked out of the kitchen but instead of looking worried or sad he looked happy "your mom finally likes me" he said with a massive smile on his face "oh my god what happened?" i asked "well we talked and she told me how special you are and i told her how much you mean to me and that ill never hurt you and she told me that's what she wanted to hear!!" he told me "oh my god i'm so happy" i said and i kissed him "ill see you tomorrow" he said kissing me on the cheek "bye" i waved to him and shut the door "best birthday ever!" i whispered to myself and ran upstairs.
