As Mr. McMaster explains about making your voice loud and clear at the stage. I noted the first few sentences he speaks. But suddenly, I start to remember that nightmare, the newspaper, and the car. I look at Gabby whose busy writing notes, and then I look at Neal, who is playing with his pencil. Looks like he got bored.

I close my notebook, and take a new paper from my binder. I see a boy with glasses, nerdy, and freckles in his face and he’s even skinnier then Neal.

Then I write a on the piece of paper, ‘TO Norm, from Daniel. Can U turn on your Wi-Fi and give me the password?

Then I pass it to some students and the letter finally reaches him.

He writes something on the paper and passes it to other students. The letter finally reaches me. I take a look.

What’s in it for me?’

Hmmm, that’s kind of greedy, considering that statement from a nerd. Think, what do nerds want… Aha, got it. ‘I’ll give you money for 1 week and protect you from bullies only today’ you may think Gabby may be more suitable for this, but I’m strong to you know. Got a six pack on my abs.

I pass it back to the students and when I get it back, I get this ‘password: MathIsCool314

I connect it to my iPad and I start browsing. I go to google.com and type this, ‘Premonition’. Press enter and… bling, lots of articles, links and other stuff shows up.

My first click. I show up in some website that defines the meaning premonition. I go to this link, http://www.themystica.org/mystica/articles/p/premonition.html. Then I whisper, “Premonition is a type of prophecy consisting of an impressionable warning of a future event. The phenomenon is characterized by such sensations as anxiety, uneasiness, a vague feeling of disquiet suggesting impending disaster to actual visual or auditory hallucinations. Premonition is sometimes referred to as a "gut-level" feeling. The sensation tends to occur prior to disasters, accidents, deaths and other traumatic and emotionally charged events.”

Suddenly someone poke my shoulder, I look beside me.

“Hey bud, what are you doing” Neal asks.

“None of your business” I answer.

“Awww, come on. Mr. McMaster’s class is even more boring than soap operas” Neal demands.

“Fine, I’ll tell you after school” I reply.

Then Neal swings his hand while grinning and closing his eyes, showing that he has accomplished what he wants. But soon after, he starts to play with his pencil again.

I look at Mr. McMaster again, in case he notices me. But he still keeps explaining about postures and stuff. Truthfully, I don’t really like literature like this. My big sister tells me to or she will cut my allowance. Yeah, not my parents. They’re kind of, deceased, when I was still 12 years old. A feeling of sadness suddenly appears inside me. But soon, it is gone. Like the wind.

Then I continue reading, “The sensation of premonition may be considered precognition at times because there is no clear-cut line between them. However, generally premonitions are sense-oriented, dominated by a syndrome of physical uneasiness, depression, or distress that is without discernible source or reason. It is an unexplainable feeling that "something is going to happen." Precognition, on the other hand, is more precise, involving visions or dream of the event that is to occur in the future.

Right there I stop and think, The Car and my childhood incident ‘might’ be a premonition. But my dream, it felt so real. Could it be a precognition?

I blink my eyes a few times and continue reading. Looks like there are others like me too. And some are even the whole people have the same premonition.

But then, I read this interesting paragraph. “Premonitions can give early intuitive warnings that occur frequently but are too subtle to register on the conscious mind. Some of these intuitive warnings apparently register on the subconscious and cause the person to unknowingly alter his plans, which some evidence indicates. In the 1960 W. F. Cox examined passenger loads on trains involved in accidents between 1950 and 1955. By comparing the number of passenger on the train the day of the accident to the number of passenger on the same train for the preceding seven days, the preceding fourteenth day, and the twenty-eighth day, he found that on some accident days, but not all, there was a dramatic decrease in passengers. One example was the Chicago & East Illinois Georgian, it just had nine passengers on the accident day of June 15, 1952; whereas five days before it carried a more typical sixty-two passengers. Cox concluded that many of those intending to travel the disaster-bound trains had unconsciously altered their plans or missed the trains by being late.

That gives me hope. If I have a premonition, it’s not a destiny, but a warning. I can change it so it won’t happen. I control my own fate, and even other’s.

So I close my iPad and look at my watch. YES! 5 more minutes to go. Then Mr. McMaster says, “We will be having a drama about Romeo and Juliet”. Shit, I can already see a lot of students, girls in particular, have awakened their vicious will of becoming Juliet. I know you think they will overthrow only girl competitor. But you can’t be Juliet when the Romeo, is the one you don’t like.

Last 2 years, they even make a big, burly, sophomore cry like a baby because he has a really good standard to be Romeo. Sure he is burly and has six packs. But he has a really lame hobby. And even a bigger nerd than Norm, he even has asthma.

Suddenly, I feel queasy. Then I got a vision that there is a large crowd sitting, lights are shined to me, someone, a female, is getting closer to my face… and kiss me. Wait, KISS ME, who the HELL want to do that. Oh wait, that was a premonition. Does that mean I’m gonna kiss a girl in the drama? Hold on a second… I’m gonna be ROMEO??!
