"I can't sleep a wink these nights (you're all up in my brain)."
It was not like Jeongguk was hoping to stop his daydreaming concerning Taehyung, especially after admitting to Jimin that he indeed had a crush on the older, but still, having his nights be filled with only daydreaming instead of actual dreams was annoying. Really annoying.
It had been a couple of days ever since his conversation with Jimin and ever since he was having trouble sleeping. As soon as he closed his eyes all that he could think of was Taehyung.
How the older laughs so genuinely at the dumbest things Jeongguk tells him, how his eyes shine when he talks about things he loves, how deep his voice is, how beautiful his box smile is, how his nose mole must be the cutest thing Jeongguk had ever seen, how his hair looks so incredibly soft...
Jeongguk could go on for days and that was the problem.
Because he couldn't go on for days, he needed to stop this train of thoughts and just focus on the matter in hand, that was his sleep deprived self.
Six whole nights of this was making him get a little bit delirious and so freaking exhausted.
He was trying very hard to focus on the computer screen ahead of him, he and Taehyung had just ate over the college cafeteria and Jeongguk was getting even more sleepy now that he was no longer hungry.
All the codes typed in front of his eyes seemed to be dancing, mangling into each other and forming incoherent words.
"I think it will be easier if we link all of our HTML pages to one CSS code page, instead of having to type the CSS codes in all of our HTML pages, don't you think?" Taehyung asked, making the younger frown at him. "I know we have some different CSS codes for two pages of the site but it still would be easier on all of our other five pages."
Jeongguk had barely listened to what the other had just told him, so his reaction was simply to yawn loudly.
Taehyung chuckled at him. "You didn't hear a word of what I said right?"
"No..." Jeongguk smiled apologetically. "Sorry."
Taehyung beamed and Jeongguk was yet again lost in how beautiful and adorable the older is. "You are not having enough sleep these days are you, Kook? You seem so tired every day, what's up?"
The younger felt his cheeks getting warmer. He couldn't just say I haven't been sleeping because I keep daydreaming about you every night.
"Uh..." He eloquently let out.
The older laughed. "You can't even reply to me. You need to sleep Jeonggukie."
"I know." The younger grumbled.
Taehyung then started to save his file on Dreamweaver and proceeded to turn off the computer, making Jeongguk get confused at his actions.
"What are you doing hyung?"
"We'll get out of here so you can take a nap." Taehyung told him as he pushed Jeongguk's chair out of his way so he could turn off the computer the younger was using as well.
"What? Where are we even going?" The younger questioned.
"To my place." He replied as if it was obvious.
Jeongguk felt his heart jump inside his chest. If Taehyung thought the younger would be able to nap in his bed, next to him, he was just irrational. "W-Why?"
