A reason for Simon becoming so famous in the youtube community is that he throws the most elaborate parties every weekend in his flat. One day, one of Simon's best mates, Tobi, brings an invitation to one of his parties to Lucy. At the allotted time that was on the ruffled piece of card, Lucy makes the short walk to Simon's house to join in with the celebrations, feeling somewhat out of place, yet thrilled. Guests forever fawn over the hosts charm and brilliance, but what no one knows is his immense fortune or personal history. Lucy manages to bump into Freya, Josh's girlfriend, who still believes that Simon was known to have won the lottery. But yet she also hears rumours of Simon being a graduate at the University of Oxford and a huge invention led him to his wealth. 

Simon's party is the most luxurious; guests drool over his Range Rover and swimming pool, his backyard and even his gym space, continuous buckets of cider, rows of oversized cupcakes, and his magnificent spa. The beer flows freely and the crowd grows louder and rowdier by the minute. In the drunken atmosphere, Lucy and Freya, who are still both curious about their host, set out to find Simon. They instead find a young, handsome, blond fella who sat practically slobbering over the untouched buffet feast. 

At roughly midnight, Lucy and Freya wander outside to watch the entertainment. They sit at a rather large table with the same handsome man met earlier, who says that Lucy looks familiar to him; they realised they attended the same college at youth. The man introduces himself to none other than Simon Edward Minter. As soon, as he left to appear at the podium for his speech, Lucy and Freya immediately squeal never knowing his appearance to be that appealing. Simon's speech was elaborate yet informal, since he had a fond habit of calling people by 'mates'. As the party progresses, Lucy became increasingly fascinated by Mr. Minter. She notices that Simon drinks extremely heavily but also manages to keep himself very separate to the party and his guests, standing on the marble steps, watching in silence. 

At two o'clock in the morning, as couples argue whether to leave or not, a friend tells Freya that Simon would like to meet her. Freya then emerges from her conversation with Simon exclaiming that she has heard something surprising. Lucy says goodbye to Simon, who goes inside to answer a phone call, and she begins to make her journey home. On her way, she spots Callum struggling to get his car out of a ditch he had obviously collided into. Callum and another man scramble out of the dangerous motor vehicle, and Callum drunkly replies to having no clue why his car was demolished. 

Lucy then proceeds with her normal life, to prove that she does more than just go to ridiculously lavish parties. She works in central London, though she loves to take long walks and has happened to meet a gentleman from that. After a short online relationship with a male from Indonesia, Lucy takes Freya's advice and is now partnered with Simon Minter. How this happened? We will find out soon.
