I fail God daily. I make mistakes. I choose sin. I give into gossip. I do not always want what is best for others. I am selfish. But I am forgiven. I am loved. I am saved from my sins.
Thank you Lord because without you I am lost. Without God, we will never be pure. Jesus has allowed us to be saved from our bad habits. The parts of us that make us thrive in sin is taking away when we ask for Jesus in our heart. He will rescue us from our sinful ways.
It may not always seem like God has us in our best interest, but he does. We need to remember to be thankful for everything. We need to remember to put God first. If we do not put God first, our lives will be miserable. It will seem good, but in reality we will just be swimming in sin. After a little while, we will begin to realize that we are not happy. Jesus is life and happiness.
The Lord heals the broken-hearted, and he saves those who spirits have been crushed.
