Noor POV'S

Nurse came from the I.C.U and kept on say "doctor doctor hurry up...patient..patient..." I ran to see what happened to Iraj. She was breathing heavily . I can't see her like this. I run to be with her but two strong arm caught me by my arms i look up and saw Hussain caught me and signals me "No" by nodding his head . i look at her but i can't see her now because doctors and nurses were surrounded her.

She is now my life . if she left how can i survive in my life. Hussain holding me tightly because he knows if he didn't hold me i will ran inside the room. My eyes getting wet. I started to cry loudly and put my head on his chest .

Doctor came out of the Room and said "She is fine now and...." She sigh and look at me and said "She is up now" she said and cry again

"Hey why are you crying now she is up now go and meet her" Hussain said to me . I look up at him and smile weakly.

I enter the room i saw her laying her . she looks so pale. She doesn't not look like old iraj mine iraj. She was looking up at the sealing . she looks so weak. there is bandage on her forehead. Her one hand is injured badly . i was looking at her she clear her throat and said "i am so bad na i hurt you deedi" which made my eyes full with tears . I hug her tightly like there is no tomorrow.
We were like this till someone knock on the door and the door opens reveals Hussain came in with a smile . I don't know why but i like his smile.

He sit with Iraj on bed opposite to me. "So my fan why you get over excited that you forget the car was coming towards you" Hussain said to Iraj . She become upset at what he said . i know why because she become upset because every time she meet them in her dreams at that time was real so become over excited.

"You don't know how big i am fans of yours team and the time comes when i can meet you guys , you are saying why you get over excited" she said with crying and hide her face in her palms . " OK baba sorry, i will never say that you are over excited!  OK" Hussain said with putting her hand on his ears . Iraj look at him and give him a smile which made me also smile.

I was listening to what they says then suddenly my phone starts  ringing. I took it and found its my "Manager" call. I receive the call and leave the room. "Hey is this Miss Noor " someone on the other side says obviously he is my manager. "Yeah i am Miss Noor" i said "Ma'aM are you coming today or not?" He said . "I am not coming till next week sir....aahh" i was saying when take the phone from my hand and said " She will join you tomorrow" He said and nodded his head like he listening carefully at what the manager saying "OK" he said anf cut the call.

He smiled at me and i give him a dumbo look at what he did. "You are joining them from tomorrow ,no more excuses , i can take care of her because she is a big fan of mine" he said with wink

"But i have to be with her afterall she is my only sister here" i said to him . He just nodded and said "Now i am her brother here" He smiled at me which melted my heart

Hussain POV'S

"I am not coming till next week sir....aahh" she was saying when i  take the phone from her hand and said " She will join you tomorrow" i said and nodded my head  at what the person saying "OK" i said and cut the call. She looked at me like a dumboo

"You are joining them from tomorrow ,no more excuses , i can take care of her because she is a big fan of mine" I said with wink

But i have to be with her afterall she is my only sister here" she said to me .I just nodded and said "Now i am her brother here" I smiled at her

"i am going to see my little sister do you wanna come?" I said to her . She nodded her head and come with me . We enter the room together . Iraj look at us and smile at us 

After talking with Iraj , I went to buy the medicines . I came back and see Iraj was sleeping peace fully and Noor was stroking her hair and was crying. when i entered the room she try to remove the tear that come from her eye she thought that i didn't see that. But i see that. I wanted to know why she is crying now Iraj is fine then why she is crying.

"What happened?" I said to her . She look startled like i said something horrible .

"Nothing" she said which made me upset because i know she is lying  . suddenly the door opens and here comes shehry with balloons and chocolate in his hand

"Assalam-0-Alaikum i know that you will not introduce her with my fan so ,  i came to see my fan" Shehry said while entering into the room and i rolled my eyes at what he said

"Ooo she is sleeping don't make noise " i said gripping him with his neck . He look at her sleepy face and smile "She is just like Maha,adorable and cute" He said with his eyes stayed at her . i smile

"OK" he said in a hush tone , then he look at Noor who was standing near bed of Iraj. She look down because she know that shehry was looking at her

"She is sister of the princess(iraj) " I said to him . He made Oo with his mouth .

"So you are  princess sister , Whats your name by the way or i call you Princess Sister" Shehry said to Noor . She giggle first time i saw her giggling .

"Noor " I said to him which made both of them look at me with wide eyes.

"don't tell me you don't have tongue, that's why Hussain is telling your name" Shehry said with a smirk on his face

"No no i have a tongue and i can talk" She said with a smile on her face

"OK" Shehry said and started to set the things on side table

"I'll back in few minutes" She sais and left the room

"Noor" Shehry said " don't think of that OK" i said pointed my finger on him

Noor POV'S

After meeting Shehry i went to take medicine when i bumped into someone " I am so sorry" i said and look up

"NNNOOOORRRR" someone screemed and i look at the person.

"Sameen" i said because who scream is "Sameen"
